Haywood and Fleming Associates is a leading independent insurance agency located in Gary, Indiana. The firm was established in 1984 by Roosevelt Haywood III, a second-​generation insurance professional, who started in the business at an early age working in his father’s agency, Haywood Insurance.

Is a second-​generation insurance professional who learned the business in his father’s firm as a manager/​producer. He was also a Million Dollar Roundtable agent with the Equitable Life Assurance Society prior to founding Haywood and Fleming Associates. Haywood has over thirty years experience in the industry and has served the profession in a number of capacities.
