Very amenable realtor for only the miller beach historic district in Gary Indiana. Staff is beyond pleasant. My house will soon be listed with them without question. Old establishment for good reason. They’re great at what they do. Notary service too. Use them without regret!

Gene really understands the Miller Beach area. He goes out of his way to help out with challenging situations to get contracts in place and complete the sale. And he is super nice and laid back, along with everyone in the office.

Gene Ayers is the man. No wonder; he’s the third generation of Ayers (I think) in the real estate business in Miller, IN. This guy knows every residence and business in Miller Beach, and that’s not hyperbole. When my husband accepted a faculty position at IUN, we had exactly one day to tour some homes in Miller and choose one to buy before returning to Missouri to sell our current home. The task seemed nearly impossible until we met Gene. He and his assistant gathered all pertinent information over the phone before we made the trip, and when we arrived in Gary, we saw six very different homes in our price range. Gene answered all our questions thoroughly and only gave advice when asked. He endured our naïve questions with grace and helped us make the best decision for our lifestyle. We have lived in our Hoosier home for almost four years, and we absolutely love it. In fact, the house we bought was not even listed on Gene’s website prior to our visit; we picked five other homes to tour, but Gene went out on a limb and showed us one that he thought we «might be interested in.» He was right and we couldn’t be happier.
