SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

These guys are awesome! I just had a hose blow on me and was sitting at the Valero next door when one of the guys walked over to the store. He went out of his way to ask if I needed any help and after showing him my issue he said He would see what they could do. They all went out of their way to help me get back on the road, doing what I’m sure is not exactly in the job description and got me fixed without charging me a dime! If I wasn’t running late after sitting I would have gotten my oil changed, but I will be making a special trip back in the next couple days to have them change my oil. I can’t thank them enough and will tell everyone I know to use these guys! Awesome!

Not only were they SUPER fast and efficient, but they were also polite and the whole place had that very friendly, down-​home southern hospitality feel that just makes your day better. I spent less than 20 minutes there to get both an oil change and a state inspection. They didn’t try to upsale me on anything, and it was overall just a really pleasant experience. Great pricing too! This was my first time here. I read the other positive reviews and decided to give this place a try. It was nice that upon checking in using the app, I saved $ 6 bucks today!
When I drove up to the building, I noticed a sign that said to drive to the back of the building. I saw a guy out there and he told me to leave the vehicle with him and he would take care of the oil change. He gave me a time estimate. I asked him if they replaced light bulbs too, because one of my back brake lights was out. I pressed on the brakes to show him and he replied that all of the lights turned on.
I’m glad they didn’t try to charge me for something I didn’t need. This place gives you a free multi-​point inspection with your oil change. They told me which fluids they topped off. He also told me that my cabin air filter looked new, which was true since I changed it myself a few months ago. He did tell me that he topped off my steering fluid, but that it was getting dark and should be changed every 60k with my vehicle. I went ahead and told them to replace the steering fluid, since they were honest about the brake lights and cabin filter information.
Overall their customer service is really good. They take the time to explain things to you. I spoke with a random lady getting her belt replaced. She told me that she always takes her car here, because they always check her car and have never charged her a penny. Also I like it that their waiting area does not have that «old car/​tire» smell. There are 9 individual seats, a TV, tons of magazines, a coffee area and a landline phone. It’s not a dealer type waiting room, but it’s one of the better shops that I have been in… just noticed the free donuts on the counter. This place is a solid A.

I came in to get an oil change and was in and out in no time. They also have friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you don’t like waiting an hour just to get your oil changed.

Luke the hood tech there provides excellent service to customers. Randy the manager is also very nice and personable. Lacey always has a smile. I drive into shop from Arlington just because of the great service!

I have gone to Speedee’s for oil service for 3 years. They are very helpful and have helped me recently with putting air in a flat, and taking apart my steering column to find a lost ring, both at no charge. Very friendly and courteous staff.

The employees here are great. Always professional and never try to «oversell». Very efficient. I’ve been coming here for years and still drive out of my way for their service.

Was getting gas next door, and my tire pressure light came on. No big deal except someone was blocking the air machine –_–
So I went over to Speedy and they offered to check the tire pressure, and inflate all four tires to correct psi for no charge. They even squeegeed my windows!
I was in and out in five minutes. Very impressed with the level of service here.

Very nice and super fast. Came for an oil change. But they do much more than just that. Will be my car maintenance place from now on.

Great customer service. Randy shop manager helped me find a temporary fix to one of my issues until I could afford to get it done. He also explained and recommended the best options to my complete satisfaction. Above and beyond service. Feel safe coming here for honest work and honest pricing.

Super customer service. speedy svc! Guy waiting for me before I even got out of car. Very personable walk u out to car to show u what needs to be worked on. Donuts & Sports in the waiting area. Gave me a coupon to get my car detailed at the car wash across the street.

My first visit here and I met the manager Randy. He and his staff not only did an oil change but helped me fix my lousy brakes.
They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and working in excellent condition. Randy’s wife even cooked a Thanksgiving feast for all the employees. I’ll definitely be back and recommend Speedee for their quality service and professionalism.

I went to this SpeeDee for my last four or five oil changes and the last experience I had was horrible.
Few days after I got my oil changed I noticed oil in my drive way. I checked the dipstick and it registered no oil. I took it back to SpeeDee and they looked it over and discovered that the person that did the oil change used the wrong washer or bolt and therefore the oil leaked out.
I had to wait for a while because the manger had to run to the auto store to buy the correct part. After it was all said and done, I received no apologies and no refund. It was basically a «it’s fixed now get on your way» type of thing.
I’ve personally seen the manager be rude to other customers while I was there. He does not have people skills and smoked about five cigarettes while working on my car.
I called the corporate office and was told that I would receive a call from upper management and here I am about two weeks later with no call.
Go to another place for work to be done on your car. I’ve heard about other people that have had similar experiences.
