Best experience ever
I just moved from CA to TX and my cars need inspection and customization.
The worker there is very professional, polite and patient. They did fully inspection on my car and fixed all the issue.
Actually I know nothing about the car and asked lots of stupid questions and the manager John answered every question in detail and provided very good advise on how to take care the car.
The best thing I like is they are honest, because they use good material when they fix your car.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The owner and his son are very friendly, and they do great, fast work! I’ve been looking for a trust worthy mechanic for years, and I finally found them!
Also, they are open on Saturdays which is very convenient.

Hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for a mechanic or bodyshop to take their cars to. I’ve personally seen a lot of work done on cars and I was extremely surprised on the quality of work they do here. From personal experiences I’ve seen the way body shops operate their businesses, the less money Almost Never means more quality so don’t be fooled into thinking a shop will do good work with only a fraction of the work’s worth. If you are still in doubt go to 3 or 4 shops so you can get estimates and you’ll be surprised to see such big differences in the costs. Am certain small shops charge very little for lack of experience, just like am certain that big shops not only charge you for the work but also for every person who works for them including human resources and the fancy advertisements personnel they employ.

I didn’t think PDR was a good idea; however, after my sister’s car was fixed by this guys I think different so feel safe to go there, very nice people.

Prices are overinflated just a tad compared to other shops. Saw the workers ragging on customer cars which made me uncomfortable leaving my recreational car here.

My family has used S & C whenever we needed body work on our vehicles ever since I was a kid. When I was in grade school they worked on our family’s 1992 Astro Van when a guy in a parking lot backed into the sliding door. About 9 years ago, they worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger and fixed it good as new.
Unfortunately, I had to hired them again when my brand new baby, not even 3 months off of the lot, came into the path of an absent minded illegal alien that didn’t even have a Texas drivers license. Stupid-person-without-a-Texas-drivers-license-that-had-an-expired-Mexican-license-that-CAN’T-drive.* (* Edited because a RANDOM (Random as in no pic/​no reviews) site user thought I was racist with a term. I had no intention of discriminating against a whole protected class of people based on one faulty driver.)
They took my car in and fixed it as if the accident had never happened. They didn’t use any type of filler/​putty like some cheapo places would have and replaced damaged parts with brand new ones. They used paint that matches perfectly and even cleaned my car inside and out! Actually, if you have special instructions on what you want done on the car they’ll take it into consideration, if you know what you’re talking about.
There were some issues with my former insurance company, but S & C was understanding and helped to accelerate their actions so I could get my car back as soon as possible.
They are accredited with the Dallas BBB and have their trade certifications.
If I had another mishap *knock on wood*, I totally bring it back here for them to fix good as new!
