Questionable work practices and even worse customer service. I had a family member take my vehicle in for an inspection, which they performed. However, when I got my vehicle back, it REEKED of a very strong, sweet baby powder scent that I didn’t ask for and couldn’t get rid of. I couldn’t understand why someone would even spray a vehicle with a scent if it was just brought in for an inspection. Yet, I had to live with this smell for over a week! The overpowering smell seeped into a sweater and a rain jacket I carried in the back seat. The«fragrance» could be smelled about 5 ft away when approaching the vehicle with windows just cracked for ventilation and friends where appalled when I asked them to smell the interior. They couldn’t believe just how strong the smell was. When I called the shop to ask about it, the manager denied ever spraying fragrances. However, when I returned to the shop, I was told, that, yes they do spray vehicles with scent, just because it seems like a nice thing to do. Obviously, no thought is given as to whether or not the customer wants a scent or whether the customer suffers from allergies, asthma, or other breathing difficulties. I rolled down my windows to try and air out my vehicle when I could, including driving around with my windows rolled down. So, after they admitted that they did spray the fragrance in my vehicle, I wanted them to pay to have the interior cleaned to help remove the scent. Instead, I was told to just vacuum the interior to help remove the smell. So, since they have no intention of remedying their thoughtless screw-up, I’m left with letting as many people as possible know about my problems with the business and warning them not to go. Garland doesn’t need businesses like this!

If only you were allowed to leave no stars! Took the car in for an oil change on 12/31/2015. On 1÷7÷2016, I was driving home when I noticed an intense oil smell. Opened up the hood and saw that my oil cap was missing and what appeared to be oil was all over the engine and other parts. Contacted DFW on 1÷8÷2016 and was told that their company policy was that I had 24 hours within time of service to make any repairs/adjustments. Since then, we’ve tried adding in more oil to the car, but it went right through. Having to tow the car to our mechanic tomorrow to have it looked at. DONOTTAKEYOUCARTOTHISFACILITY!

Do NOT go to this place for anything. They charge you for things that they do not do. Dropped my car off to have Heater cool replaced. When I picked it up after a week, the dash was broken in some areas and not put on correctly. Also, they smoke in your car, which should NEVER be allowed. They are shady, because they ask you to pay in cash if you want a «discount«. They don’t even deserve the one star. So very disappointed.

They charge you for stuff they don’t do. Do not get your oil changed there because they do not change the oil filter as stated. So I went there yesterday to get my oil changed because I seen the sign«oil change for $ 23» I asked the«tech» and the guy at the register«The price is for oil change and filer?» The both said yes. I usually change my own oil so I know the oil filter I put, which was a black one. Ten minutes later my car was done. I paid and left. I thought it was too fast so I checked the oil filter and it wasn’t changed. I went back and asked the tech and the cashier«what did I jut pay for?» The both told me oil change and filter. I told them it wasn’t changed and and I took them to my car to show them.(Which you can see my filter from under my hood) the«tech» said well I don’t have it so I didn’t put it. I just asked for the price of the filter for refund and I go my way. They said its $ 5 out of the $ 29.76 I paid. I would never go there again. Makes me wonder how much money they save by not changing the filters.
