I’ve never had the sushi, but the Korean ramyun and bibimbap some of the best i’ve had. If you attend El Camino College, this is one place you should go to for some cheap, Asian fare.

The sushi is not that great and what makes things even worse is that they have horrible customer service. I am not sure if she is the owner or the cook, but when I told one of the ladies that they gave me the wrong order she was rude and said that I ordered the wrong thing. She then continued to tell me that if I wanted something else, I was going to have to pay for it. I didn’t eat any of it or touch the food but she refused to give me my money back. Stay away from this place!

Kinda sad that they took away the chicken crunchy roll. :( That was the best in the menu, especially for those who not a big fan on raw seafood or allergic to it.

Four stars for the glorious deep fried California Roll with extra eel sauce and all of the other wonderful assortments of tempura and sashimi. Took off one star for the inconsistent business hours.

I eat the Kimchi soup about 2x a week. So delicious! It is usually made with Spam but I always order without. I always order an iced jasmine tea and the total is under 9 bucks. Huge portion. I’ve had a few other items here that can’t be beat for the price, but the soup is what I crave.

food is okay. Good for el co students who want some quick sushi. Spam masubi is yum. They don’t open until 10 so ignore the online hours. And they aren’t open util 6AM so don’t come for some late night sushi haha. Lady who is usually working is always very rude and in a hurry.

Ordered the fish katsu lunch box. It came with four small breaded fish fillets on top of white rice with a side of salad, miso soup, and 4 ca rolls. So hearty. Also the house ramen. Very big portion just enough spice. My sister loved the broth but not a huge fan of the chicken added. Nonetheless, good experience. Very friendly.

If you attend el camino college, and you forget your lunch and don’t like McDonalds, this is the place to go. Its inexpensive but good. They always have specials and their spam musubi is cheaper than el Camino’s. 4 stars because they aren’t bad and they are a convenient food and across the campus.

I adore Wasabi. I eat here a lot during the semesters. It is located right across the street from campus and the staff is always so friendly. The food is always made fresh and tastes amazing. I will always eat here

The quality of the sushi is extremely poor, everything tastes like it’s been sitting out for days. Nothing was fresh at all and because the college is right across the street, it’s super crowded with college kids throughout the day because it’s cheap.

Every El Camino student should know about this place. It’s right across the street but has extremely limited street parking. Go by walking if possible. This place is closed on the weekends but gets filled by students on the weekdays. I recommend whatever they recommend as the daily special. Everything I’ve ordered here so far has exceeded my expectations. The food is delicious. It is my go-to-spot when I’m craving Asian food. I’ll come back over and over throughout the semester finding that the food never gets old and I never get tired of it. I think their usual audience is made up of 95% ElCo students. One time they were so grateful that they handed out candy bars to us. I’m sure very customer was very happy that day. 5⁄5 best Asian restaurant around campus.

I love how cheap/inexpensive this place is. Its right across the street from el camino college. Come here daily with my friends. I’ve had the Cali rolls, crunchy Cali rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, the Cali tempura rolls, and the sushi lunch box all delicious. & their thai tea is delicious. Just ask for less ice tho.

College town foodies: p Really small joint located across the street from a local community college that gets really busy during lunch hour. Driven pass this place many times, and didn’t expect much of this hole in the wall spot, but one day decided to give it a try after hearing about some of their daily deals. I mean who doesn’t like daily deals? I came on bibimbap day and it sure didn’t disappoint, for the price you pay and the portion you get it was pretty great deal. I got the in stone bibimbap and The taste was all there, and the sauce they have here is so addicting. I would come back here for my bibimbap fix for sure :) Service can be a bit slow, looked like only one guy working there but he was very friendly :) Happy eats, loves! ^_^
