I finally made it into the door 2 months later cause that was their first opening. When I got there they couldn’t find my referral and the office manager I’m guessing, didn’t want to see me because she didn’t know what they approved. If they knew i was coming in they should’ve had all that fixed by the time I got there. So I did their job and called my primary Dr to get a copy faxed to them. It’s pretty common sense, I work in the medical field and know that should’ve been their first option after they couldn’t find it. But the Dr. was good. If he had a better staff, the office would be awesome.
