Small. Cramped. Depressing. Target is right over THERE and they have a pharmacy inside along with everything you’d find in a Walgreens at better prices. Go to Target and save yourself the misery.

We’ve been going to this pharmacy for the past few years and after today, I’m just over this location. This has happened on more than one occasion, but today’s experience has me fed up. Saw my doctor because I needed a prescription filled before tomorrow. I called as soon as I got out of the doctor’s office and the person that answered confirmed they received my prescription, were in the process of filling it right then, and it would be ready for pick up in ten minutes. I arrive fifteen minutes later and they guy working says it’ll be another five minutes. Okay, I sit down. THIRTYMINUTESLATER they finally have it filled and I get the hell out of there. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Twice. Three if you count the time when I was told my two prescriptions were ready… when I actually had three… and Taryn had to point that out. If you’re busy, tell me and I’ll come back or get my prescription filled elsewhere. The whole point of me calling ahead was to give you time and for you to tell me when to pick up. As mentioned before, this has happened before and I’ve spoken with the manager about it. Taryn is nice and understanding, but she can’t be every employee there. If she could, I’d rate much higher. Will we come here again? Maybe for OTC, but I plan on getting our prescriptions filled at the Walgreens down at Chapman/Euclid from now on.

This place sucks! I waited in the drive thru for 15min. There were 3 cars in front of me and one behind me. As soon as I pulled up to the window the lady said this side is for pick up only. And instructed me to go to the other window. When I got to the other window the man ignored the fact that I was waiting there for about ten mins. He didn’t even acknowledge me or at least have the common courtesy to say I’ll be with you shortly. There customer service sucks and they obviously need signs that are more viewable to their customers as to which window is which. I ended up leaving before they even offered to assist me. I felt like 25 minutes of my wasted time was enough for me to be upset and not want to do business here. Good luck to whoever gives this place a shot!

I’ve been coming here many years to pick up medications with no issues. I’m not sure if they hired a new staff but I always seem to get this one girl named Jessica that’s SORUDE on the phone. I’ve currently been on hold for over 30 minutes, so frustrating!

I don’t have reason to go to a drug store very often. I’ve been in here a couple of times in the last year and have found it no better or worse than any other drug store I’ve been to in my life. Like most other drug stores I’ve been to they’re trained to take 20 to 30 minutes to put as many pills into a little bottle. I’ve never understood the reason they train people to be as slow as possible at this seemingly easy task. Perhaps their thinking is that the longer they take the more likely will spent money on other things in their store?

This is the most frustrating experience in Orange County. Medications are never ready on time, they don’t have all the medications causing many trips back to the pharmacy. They always say they have a call into the Dr. but the doctor has not heard from them. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this pharmacy for six months due to a insurance coverage change. I don’t like phone calls but I spent time on the phone this morning with the insurance company to get a different pharmacy. It might be alright for tourists who are just running in for cough medicine but don’t let the drive through fool you. They are anything but convenient. Boo!

This is a small store offering pharmacy services and a small amount of pharmacy merchandise. The store also offers a drive thru. The store was mobbed in the middle of the afternoon with a line almost out the door. Store was fine inside, no issues… but not waiting in that line.

Although they didn’t have the name brand I wanted, they DID have the off-brand version which was probably almost as good. The girl who helped me came out of the back to help me and could see that I was in a rush so she made it a point to get me out fast. I’d go back.

What a tiny little Walgreens! It’s like half a regular store. They should call it ‘Greens. Surely this place is just used for quick prescription refills & nothing more. I was surprised to walk in & see a few shelves of absolute essentials, and one large pharmacy counter. No other customers. But, I came for a(hopefully) quick refill, so I guess I can’t complain. I didn’t have time to fill a prescription before I left for vacation, and the staff here put me at ease by quickly making the cross-country call to my neighborhood pharmacy & transferring a refill. They even had my brand-specific medicine! The whole process couldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes. I was prepared to spend a few hours driving around to find a pharmacy, but thankfully this was my first — and only — stop. TIP: If you are getting a refill of a specific drug from somewhere other than your regular pharmacy, ASKFIRST. Make sure they actually carry the same thing(generic, brand, etc.). Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

I first went in last year to put in an order for my prescription. Since it was my first time there I decided to go in. Upon entering, I noticed one other customer picking up their prescription, and it didn’t seem busy. I walked up to the drop off counter and stood there while the people behind the counter were on the computer. I stood there for about 5 minutes, no one acknowlegded me nor had the decency to say that someone will help me in a few mins. Last time I checked I wasn’t invisible! So after standing there for 7 mins being completely ignored I just turned around and walked out. I drove a couple miles to the other location where they had better customer service. Fast forward to the present, I decided to try them again since it’s much more convenient for me and decided to drop off my prescription in the drive through, which got me much better service. Also, their online prescription refill system is very convenient and they always have my stuff ready on time.
