This is your typical Asian doctor’s office. They will try and squeeze walk-in patients in between those that have an appointment. So wait time is usually 45 mins to an hour. As for the doctor, I personally like her. She takes time and answers your question. She follows up on your cases. One time, I was sick and running a fever. Her office was closed since she was on vacation. I decided to give her a call at 9pm when my fever hit 101, I never thought she would answer but she did. That’s awesome care if you ask me. The only con is the wait time and small parking lot.

If you value your time, do not come here. She never honors her appointments and her nurses will schedule you for an appointment the same time the doctor is scheduled for lunch.

I like coming here because the appointments are quick and Dr. Ngo takes the time to answer all of my questions. She is patient and always willing to listen. The office is pretty busy but it’s nice to be able to go to female doctor who you can trust.

I love coming here when I’m sick. Unlike other doctor spot, this one isn’t trying to make you broke and trying to run a lot of nonsense test and xrays on your for no reason at all just to make money. You’re in and out if you’re able to make an appt or you can always come in after their lunch hour to do a walk in. It shouldn’t take no long than 45 minutes unless there are more than 2 – 3 people right before you. Try to get there as soon as they’re back to from lunch.
