This place is my favorite boba place ever! I would always either order Jasmine Milk Tea or Honeydew Smoothie. Their service is better than many other boba places and very understanding to critism and complaint. Their meal boxes are incredibly adorable and I always ordered the popcorn chicken one. There are so many new boba places, but Lollicup is still the best.

I’m a regular at this boba place! My go-to place for jasmine milk tea and lychee green tea. Yummm. Peach lychee fruit tea is also very good. Wonderful customer service!

A hidden treasure in the corner by itself, the Lollicup located on Brookhurst and Westminster survives on quality. Unlike its sister store in Sacramento that offers stamp cards to entice customers to come back, this location relies on good tasting drinks made from top quality ingredients. My favorite drink is the green milk tea, which is refreshing on a hot day. My son enjoys the almond milk tea with mini boba. Although there is another location in Irvine, my drink just doesn’t taste the same there or in Sacramento. This location doesn’t offer loyalty programs like most tea places, but it does offer a child friendly environment. Games are available for entertainment while you wait or just to pass time. If you have food allergies like me, give this place a try. That’s how I got hooked; I didn’t have a stomach ache afterwards.

Decided to finally leave a review after numerous times of being here. Their drinks never fail to please, always received great service, and the environment is always clean and collected.

If you ever want appetizers or cute mini bobas then this is the place for you I went from popcorn chicken to chicken gizzard(it sounds gross but it’s reallllyyyy good) to deep fried tofu to calamari. I don’t know where to begin… but they are all awesome! Especially when they are extra spicy. If any of you are grossed out by how big normal boba looks then try the mini boba. I personally love it. The only downfactor of this location and the one on bolsa is that the parking spaces are limited and cramped. Other than that it’s not so bad. Hope this review helped.

It’s a bigger location than the one in Irvine and definitely less busier. The boba drinks and snacks came out quick — so no complaints there! To me the drinks came out the way they should taste so I’m happy. The green apple snow smoothie was tasty and brings me back to my childhood memories of sweet green apple candy(those caramel apple lollipops without the caramel). The fish balls with roe were good! I’m happy they serve them esp. since other places stopped serving them. I guess they’re just not a popular snack since they smell a little stinky. I just wished they used more seasoning for more flare. I didn’t really care for their popcorn chicken… I didn’t like the batter at all, but my boyfriend seemed to enjoy it. Meh.

One of my go-to places for boba. They have a wide variety of drinks and there is even a value menu! I tend to get their milk teas here with boba and there boba is super soft and chewy. I haven’t tried anything else to be honest, but overall it’s good! Also, there is a $ 5 minimum to use card so bring cash if you’re only treating yourself out. Parking can be hard during their busier days.

This is by far the best Lollicup /Teazone I’ve ever been to hands down. I’ve always grew up with Lollicup in SGV, and trust me it’s rare to find an original location that still lives up to its standard. The staff here is amazing. They greet you whenever you walk into the door, they say their farewells when you leave. They’re very attentive and sweet whenever you’re ordering and hey always repeat your order just in case anything is wrong. Drinks 5/5, they never get my drinks wrong. And whenever I ask for extra, it’s really a lot extra. Staff 5/5, over friendly and super attentive. Recommendation 5/5, yes I would recommend this location out of the many I’ve been to.

Review is only for food. Came here on a Tuesday night and it was packed! I didn’t realize so many people went to lollicup. I just came here to try their golden fishballs because it’s cheaper and they give you more than at other places. Too bad, they didn’t have anymore for the night :/ So I opted for the popcorn chicken and garlic fries. I got the chicken very spicy and it was a good level of spice but it wasn’t crispy at all! Ugh. The garlic fries were also not crispy enough either. All my fries were just kind of limp. And sad. And soggy. They were really garlicky, which I liked. But just sad. Food was all subpar. Meh.

If I could do no stars I would. Every time I come here they always seem to manage to get my order wrong. Either it’s the size is wrong, or they just make the wrong drink. But it’s incredibly frustrating. And then I have to pay to change the size of the drink even though it wasn’t what I ordered, even when I ask to have it repeated back to me to make sure.

I came here for boba and quick snacks so often but this is the first time I’ve written a review for Lollicup. This place is always busy at night. My friends and I have to wait for about 15 minutes for the customers that come earlier than us to leave so we can get a table. However, the workers there were so fast so we did not have to wait too long to get our drinks and food. I usually order jasmine milk tea or green milk tea with boba. Today I tried their royal milk tea with large boba and it was great. Not the best boba milk tea in town but overall quality and Taste is good. For food, they have chicken gizzard, which is really good. My friends and I love it and the other boba places do not have it. That is the reason why we go to Lollicup some times instead of the other places. I also tried their popcorn chicken, fries, and one of their dishes which is shaken beef. Everything was great. My fav foods at Lollicup so far are Chicken Gizzard and Shaken Beef. There are a lot of business located at the same plaza, that’s why parking is tough some times. However, you can still get a paring within 5 minutes since there are always people coming in and out to get food/drinks.

I came here after having lunch at the shopping plaza with a huge craving for milk tea. The prices were super cheap(and they even had a value menu!) and I decided on ordering the oolong milk tea with 25% sugar and no ice. I took one sip, exclaimed BLEECK! And then threw the whole thing away. It didn’t taste like tea. Milk, yes, but no tea taste. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong thing, but I am not wasting any more of my money to find out.

Milk tea, Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee are good here. I really need to stop coming here since the dairy and my stomach don’t get along. But it’s so good and I usually get the value deal(1.50). It’s 12 oz for a good price and the flavor is there. This helps me with portion control, to avoid getting the large. If you want a iced milk tea, Thai tea or a slushy, this is the place.

Located in the super busy plaza in Westminster where the 85 degree bakery is. Parking is horrible, spaces are small and people can’t just park inside their lines! Came here on a Saturday night around 6 and the place was crowded, but with people just sitting at the tables. This place doesn’t have«fancy» drinks like the other boba places like Tastea and Tebo. They just have your average variety of teas, milk teas, smoothies, and slushes. Aunts love the Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea here! I always stick with the Strawberry Slush and as long as it is not too icy then it’s good to me! Service wasn’t too bad here. The girls working seemed like whatever, didn’t really smile or seem too happy, but they didn’t give off an ‘I don’t want to be here’ kind of vibe either. Will only be back if my aunts crave the Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea, but other than that… I’d rather go somewhere else…

By Lollicup standards~ delicious drinks! Staff is always busy and very nice. Slushies are always a favorite and their milk tea is tasty. I decided to try their popcorn chicken this visit and I personally did not like it. There is no «crispy» element and the meat is really chewy and not identifiable. Also tried their Korean beef bowl and it had too much fat and onions for my taste. I’ll stick to the drinks! Use their rewards card here as well. P. S.8÷15÷2015NOAIRCONDITIONING??? Why??? :((((and really dirty windows and door. Says a lot since their entire front is glass. Sweat marks all over that glass… yuck. Just an observation while I sat sweating… waiting for my items. I hope they take care of their great staff working away in there and get that air conditioning up and going.

I wouldn’t say this is the BEST boba place in town, because let’s face it Garden Grove is filled with these«boba tea shop». I just want to put it out there that this is a generous 4 stars. It can be a hit and miss here, so I mainly think with my go-to drink – milk teas. Literally, that is all I ever order when I come here(favorites: Honey green milk tea & jasmine.) My boyfriend is a fan of their winter melon. Food wise I have only tried their popcorn chicken(it was ok nothing extraordinary) and golden fish balls(does not taste as great as the one from the night asian mall market but i do like that they have a kick). I don’t have much to say about the service because there’s not much interactions there, you order and they call your name, nothing much to it. From what I can see the staffs are friendly. Note: I just want to mention one major, MAJOR flaw about this place. It is located in what i called the«ASIANZONE». In other words, the plaza has really sh*tty parking with really lousy drivers who can not park for the life of them. If you are like me who lives around the area you know what I mean. Parking can be limited since that plaza has become more popular nowadays since 85 degree bakery has opened so be warn!

I don’t come out to the OC often but had some time to kill with my cousins and decided to venture out here for a little comedic relief. It’s set up in a casual manner, and I really appreciate how they have comfortable individual sofa like chairs. They also have various games you can borrow while you enjoy your drink! In terms of the menu items, it’s no different from your traditional boba joint. I always go for my go-to: Almond Milk Tea with half sugar and grass jelly. They have a «Value» size which is a little smaller and cheaper than the regular. I didn’t want to drink too much and asked if I could do the«value» size but unfortunately it’s only designed for specific drinks.
