Oh Katie, thanks for my new brows! Love em’ So I was almost 30 mins late for my touch up due to traffic and of course, Katie was very understanding. I did not feel like she was in a rush or made it seem liked time was sensitive. Katie has to be by far one of the most talented cosmetic artist (I think that’s what they’re called) out there. Unlike some artist, she is humble and appreciative of all her new clients whom entrusted her with their brows. Giving Katie a shot was one of the best decision I’ve ever made and I would highly recommend her. If you’re in search of getting your eyebrows semi-​tatted, look no further! Hands down, you will not be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying Katie is the best at what she does! I am so happy to have found her. She takes her job seriously and is a perfectionist. She took her time with shaping my eyebrows, even though it took forever she didn’t rush at all. She made sure she was happy with them and more importantly how I felt about them. Katie listened to how I wanted some changes to her original shaping but didn’t stray to far what she felt fit my face shape. I loved how much she actually care about what I had to say and made me super comfortable during the visit.
I came back a second time for my touch up and looked forward to my visit. Katie is so easy to talk to and that made the visit that much better.
I would highly recommend anyone to go see Katie. You’ll love it.

Katie is a life saver! I’ve been going to Katie every three weeks for the past few months to get my volume lashes done and I’m completely obsessed. I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for a few years now and have never found anyone that delivers even half the quality that Katie does. Many lash artists out there stack clumps of synthetic lashes that look very fake and irritate my eyes a lot, and my real lashes have been pretty damaged due to previous artists that I’ve gone to. However, ever since I’ve found Katie, she has been helping my lashes return to a healthy state.
First off, she uses very high quality mink lashes that are incredibly light and thin, and properly isolates each and every single eyelash to create a really natural and voluminous set of lashes. She does not use too much glue like many other people, which helps a lot in maintaining the integrity of your natural lashes. She is able to create the most perfect fans with her lashes for volume eyelashes! Whenever my eyelashes shed off, I am able to see the fans fully intact and attached to my natural lashes. She is also very honest with you about what look she is able to help you achieve — which I appreciate a lot!
Katie is also very gentle, fast, and clean. Most of the time, I fall asleep immediately within the first few minutes of my fills. I usually don’t wake up until the end and don’t feel her working on my lashes at all. Her workstation is very sanitary and I have noticed that she always sanitizes her hands before starting to work on me in addition to wearing a face mask.
Side note: she is also very easy to book appointments with! She is extremely accommodating to my work schedule and tries her best to squeeze me in when I need last minute work done.

I had a terrible first experience getting my eyebrows done by someone else so picking the next person wasn’t going to be easy. Katie’s work caught my eye and I have been watching her work for a while. She did a great job fixing my previous work. =) I loved that she works with you in achieving the shape you want and not pressure me into anything I didn’t like. She is very attentive throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy with it and that I wasn’t in pain. After I was done, I showed my friend and she loved them so much that she made an appointment with her right away. She loves her brows too! You won’t be disappointed.

I was referred to Katie from multiple family and friends. She is such a sweetheart and such a patient person. She really worked with me and talked me through each step, taking her time in sketching out the perfect shape according to my brow bone and face structure. Katie really listens to your concerns and comments. I’m loving my brows each day and get compliments on them all the time. I’m so happy I got it done. Katie is amazing! I was referred by a friend who got her brows done by her and I was so excited to get mine done. Katie really took her time to make sure both of us were satisfied with how my brows looked according to my face shape and her recommendations. She offers her opinions about the shape she thinks will look good on you, but will ultimately do what you want her to do. She was so sweet and was patient with every detail before she started the tattoo. In between the initial and touch up appointment, she was always available for questions on after care as well as just the healing process in general. During the touch up, she told me mine turned out well and I didn’t really need a touch up, but she filled in some minor areas to make sure I was 100% happy. I absolutely love my eyebrows! They look so natural and most people who compliment them don’t even know they’re tattoos! It saves me so much time doing my makeup in the morning and I feel more confident knowing that my drawn in eyebrows won’t smudge during the day. I am obsessed and addicted to getting my brows done and can’t wait to see Katie again when I need it! She is so awesome and I would recommend her to everyone who’s interested! I already have coworkers who are asking me for her contact info to make an appointment.

Love my brows! I recently went to Katie to have my brows done and couldn’t be happier with the result! I love that I don’t have to spend any time drawing in my brows every morning. She did such a great job and her work looks so natural!
What I love most about Katie is that she really pays attention to your face structure and tries to create brows to complement your face. She takes her time throughout the entire process. She really made sure that both she and I were 100% happy with the brow shape before applying the ink.

I love Katie for giving me brows that I’m confident wearing :) I got my eyebrows done about 7 weeks ago and just got my complimentary touch up done yesterday. The whole process Katie was really focused on creating a shape that both she and I loved and did not let time limit this process. She really made me feel special. Her perfectionist ways were really comforting as it made me feel more confident in the process. I love that prior to coming in she asks for a picture of your bare face so that she has an idea of what she’s working with. She is so sweet and follows up with any concerns you have. I referred a few friends to her already because they loved the way my brows turned out. When they’re healed they look so natural! Do yourself a favor and make an appt before you have to wait a longer time to get in!
Btw she operates her business on her own, when calling and she doesn’t answer, leave a message. She is most likely working with a client if she can’t answer.

Katie is so sweet and so professional! She listened and followed exactly how I wanted to shape my brows. Got my eyebrows done by Katie and it turned out amazing! More than what I expected. She’s a perfectionist and made sure my eyebrows are exactly what I want it to look like. The initial process took about 3 – 4 hours. Shaping the brows took most of the time. She uses numbing cream so the tattooing part wasn’t painful. She tells you exactly how to take care of your brows after getting it done. Mine came out great! So many compliments. I would definitely recommend anyone to get their brows done by Katie:) 5 stars**!!

I haven’t come here for a service yet. I tried calling this location to speak to someone concerning pricing and available times.
When I decide to spend my money towards a service I expect a few things. 1) For the phone etiquette to be amazing. 2) To receive information concerning the services and pricing. 3) To not be spoken to so rudely.
When the owner, or whoever I spoke with, answered the phone, they didn’t even bother to say who I was calling? They answer and just say «hello?!» Only thing going through my mind is «did I call the right company?» I had to ask her «Is this the eyelash place?» Then her response was so rude and uncalled for «Sorry I’m not taking new customers right now, not until June.» Okay understandable, but please let me address my concerns first.
Don’t assume that who ever is calling is a new client. Whether they are or not TREAT THEM THE SAME. NEW CLIENTS SHOULD BE TREATED WITH THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE AS EXISTING CLIENTS! What kind of business is going to generate any sort of revenue if they can’t even offer decent customer service skills and listen to what clients have to say?
She didn’t even ask what she could help me with she just said hello so rudely and that they aren’t taking new clients. Well sorry for wanting to give you my hard earned money.
Also I don’t understand how this only has one dollar sign as opposed to 2? Prices go up to over $ 200!
Based on the phone etiquette alone. I wouldn’t even dare spend that much. Who knows how she’s going to treat her clients when they’re sitting in her chair.

Katie is truly really good at what she does! I got my eyebrows done about two months ago and just came back for my touch up and I can say I am very happy with the outcome of my brows. Katie really take her time on your brows and does not rush at all. She puts her full efforts into you until you are pleased with your brows. Katie also uses a numbing solution on your brow to ensure there is no pain while getting your tattoo. The way she does your brow is very natural and soft. Note that the color on the initial date of getting it tattoo will be dark but will fade gradually into a soft blended color and it will shrink in size. Overall, I would really recommend anyone who is wanting to get their brows done to come here with Katie. Getting my brows done has saved me so much time everyday! I love my brows! All thanks to Katie!

Katie is such a sweetie she’s attention to detail and very professional. I did a lot of researching about eyebrow tattooing and decided to get the procedure done. She has a gentle hand and her studio is very clean! I’m loving my eyebrows and get compliments on the new look.

I’ve been going to Katie to get my eye lashes done for a while now. First time I got the classic set. I loved it. It was perfect. Then she told me about the volume set and that I should try it and sure enough I tried the volume set looked gorgeous on my eyes. Then she told me about the 2D set, It looked so natural. I’ve had many compliments at work. So, Katie definitely knows what looks good on you and knows what she’s doing. I just love her work. She is very thorough and takes her time to make sure her work is perfect. And she is also very friendly and takes the time to ask about your day. She got her own studio now. All off her hard work did pay off. Congrats!

Katie T is a true perfectionist! Seriously!!! She goes above and beyond the norm and makes you feel like your beauty points just went up 10! She takes the time to make your lashes look perfect, every time, (like a new set even when she is doing a fill). Her prices are almost shocking for what you get! Not to mention, she is such a Doll! :)
