He graduated with honors from Montgomery College and the Homer Guldeski Institute. The furnace stopped working, called John at Fixed! based on the good Unilocal!reviews — he was in the area and working on it within 30 minutes (also note this was the Monday after the snow event). Got the furnace running — reasonable price, and provided great advice. Highly recommended.

John was awesome. I called on a Saturday and he trouble shooter with me over the phone. He came early on a Sunday and fixed the problem which was just a loose sensor on the heating unit outside. He could have charged an arm and a leg but he didn’t. I would recommend him to anyone!

Fixed HVAC Services is the only HVAC company we use. John Hamblin is honest, excellent at what he does and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
He recently helped us out during our kitchen remodel that involved the City of Annapolis. John worked through the details with the inspector, ordered the parts, did the install, then came back and WAITED for the inspector to sign off on the permit! Now WHO does THAT? There aren’t too many businesses today that will do that for a client. USE THIS GUY!!! You will not be sorry…

Don’t call anyone else. Just call John at Fixed HVAC. He is very responsive and when he schedules your appointment he is right on time. No waiting around. I have used him a few times for repair and he has always been honest, never tried to upsell additional parts or services and has had reasonable pricing.
The last visit was to replace my whole HVAC system. John offered various product suggestions and price points. Once we agreed on the equipment he quoted me a price. I agreed and the equipment was installed a few days later. Talk about a professional job. Wow. When he was done, other than shiny new equipment, you would have never known he was there.
So, don’t call the guys on TV or the big chain guys, call John at FIXED HVAC. You will get a quality job at a reasonable price while supporting a local business.
