Today I had to go to the AT&T store in Waugh Chapel, Gambrils Maryland, Beyng was as always, amazing in customer care and support! He answered all my questions and was polite with the upmost professional manner! I feel At&t needs to make him a general manager. If anything, to help other managers and broaden his top notch managing capabilities! Thank you Beyng and At&t!!! People like Beyng are hard to find!

Extremely poor service at this store; I renewed my contract at this store, and when I came back because I was being charged overage fees and could not understand why they told me to call customer service and would not help me. The people working there are rude and don’t know there jobs
