Jacqueline has received her license of Aesthetician since 1997 and she has over 15 years experience in customer service of owning and operating several day spas. Resuming with that same intensity of work ethic and efficiency, she developed a passion for the art of body waxing and has devoted her effort to customize speed waxing techniques for every skin and hair type while minimizing discomfort and maximizing hair removal yet with a touch of pampering, personalizing, and catering for every individual needs.

Got this deal from Groupon, the wax was good and fast. Of course it hurt, but its wax lol.
Jacqueline is very sweet and helps make the time go by faster. Only thing I didn’t particularly like, was that she tried to push the membership and products on me. Also, there was a bit of leftover hair on my inner thigh, maybe she didn’t see it… I don’t know. It seems like a wonderful deal, just not for me at the moment. I will most likely be back, as the prices are very reasonable.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this only a few stars as the waxing itself is good. However, I had to deal with poor customer service and very little flexibility that was absolutely ridiculous when I actually went to them with a groupon. I won’t explain the issue in detail as I don’t need my waxing details out in the public but basically I was not asking to do more with a groupon deal or switch to another service, just asking for a bit of flexibility. I have been going to Jackie for years and thought this would really be no big deal but she demonstrated very little flexibility and understanding. It’s too bad. I will have to look for another waxer. There is no reason why my request should not have been honored and handled so poorly.
Otherwise the waxing is good and fast.

OMG I have found my new waxer! I made an appointment based on the positive review and I’m so happy I did. Jacqueline offers her services inside of a lovely day spa I never knew existed. From the moment I walked in she was nice, professional and comforting, important when you’re getting half naked in front of a stranger! As for the wax, she worked quickly but very precisely and was careful to not leave stray hairs or go over the same area multiple times (like other places) causing more pain and redness. There was ZERO residual wax (a first in my 10+ years of waxing). I’ll be back for sure.

Jacqueline is fantastic! I have been going to her for waxing for years. She is friendly yet professional, and makes sure you are satisfied with the service. I have tried other places for waxing, but none of them have compared to her. I am always impressed with her speed and how painless a Brazilian can be! I highly recommend her!
