I had the most unpleasant experience .I made the same amount as last year but paid $ 1400.00 more due to Nina’s inability to get my taxable amount lower… Nina was unwilling to give me the same deductibles as the woman did for me last year and wasn’t willing to try to reduce large $$ figure she ended up with… I paid almost $ 300 for a complete ripoff. Next year I will use turbo tax and save save save… I will never recommend H&R Block to anyone… «Get your billions back» my ass…

Had my taxes done this year. They were very eager to answer all of my questions and help me understand the entire process. When I had questions I called them and they answered my questions over the phone. Got my tax returns back the other day. No complaints at all!
