All facials include extractions (when needed), skin peel or enzyme to remove old skin, mid-depth skin peels, waxing and makeup artistry by Lori Kushner. *NOTE: I am NOT a beauty supply center. History

Established in 2003.

After graduating college, Lori Kushner decided to «follow her heart» and went back to school to study her passion in life — making people look and feel beautiful!

In 2003 Lori Kushner’s education was complete from Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skin Care School where she studied facial techniques, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin care science and ingredients, makeup application and wax hair removal. During beauty school Lori worked as a makeup artist for various salons and spas, including Blue Mercury and Laura Mercier.

Shortly after receiving her Maryland state license in Aesthetics, Lori began the Clin-Spa company out of her home, marketing to people in her neighborhood. Client results were spectacular and feedback was extremely positive. The business started to grow, so she opened up shop on Kentland’s main street commerce area, where the current Clin-Spa location operates today.

man oh man, I don’t generally say this about women who aren’t my girlfriend but DAMN. Lori has magical hands. I’m serious — even if facials do nothing for your skin (they do for mine, but for those soapbox kids who claim they’re useless), it is absolutely worth it to get naked under a nice toasty blanket, close your eyes, and let the yoga music put you in a trance while Lori does her thing.
Bottom line: I’ll be back. Tip — Lori can book appointments through texting, which is super convenient.

I have been to clin spa probably for around 6 – 7 times for facials and brazillian wax. I always ended up staying there for a minimum of 3 hours with all the procedures and My skin recovered so much from the treatment I took. The facials were fairly short compared but the results were awesome. There was also no screaming pain for the brazillian she made me very comfortable. I also prefer to buy the environ products she suggested as they make my skin look very healthy every morning. It is a little pricey for me but I visited looking at the resuIts. I surely recommend this place to everyone.

I finally went back to see Lori. I’ve been so busy with life and the stress that comes along with it that I haven’t seen Lori in 5 years! Time flies but it was definitely time to go back.
When I called in to make the appt, she actually remembered me! That was very comforting. Needless to say my face needed major repair. I went in and she had me fill out a new form with products I was currently using. She advised me of what I shouldnt and should use and I think I was over doing it with all the products I was using not to mention the wrong products! I purchased a few from her that she recommended and Im sure it’ll help my skin improve a 100%!
I got the regular facial along with the oxygen facial. I would definitely recommend the oxygen facial. Its a cool mist of air all over your face that blows much needed vitamins that your skin needs. (Should ask Lori for the real definition :)) But in any case, my skin is still in the midst of being «in progress» but whatever Lori did, my skin already feels refreshed and off to a great start. I will go back to her every month~ it will not be another 5 years or even 5 months before I go back to see her again!
Everyone must try her at least once and see for yourself :)

This is my very first time going to a spa esp. getting a Brazilian wax done. Anyways, my first thoughts were nervous and skeptical. Well, when I first walked in, I was warmly greeted. Lori, that was her name. She was very sweet and nice. She talked me through the process, answered any questions I had, and she made me feel very comfortable. Used many techniques to help me from feeling any pain! Overall, my first experience at Clin-Spa was absolutely no doubt great! I’d recommend this place to all my friends. Believe me the service was superb and awesome. Lori is an awesome person, too.
