Primax Pest Control

I have two daughters and they love to sneak and eat in their room even though I tell them not to. Well one particular night my daughter was eating some pudding in her room and dropped some. A few days after that (not knowing she was eating in her room) I saw big roaches running around so I called primax. They came out and determined the cause treated the whole house and made me aware of what happened in my daughters room. That was a few weeks ago and I haven’t seen any more roaches.

Few days ago, I saw flies all over my bedroom and a rat in my washroom, then a friend of mine recommend these primax guys to me. So I called for their service, fortunately for me these guy from primax came to my rescue the same day I called and told them about my pest problem, they did awesome job that day and since then my bedroom and washroom have been free from these pest. I think these primax guys are second to none in this country and are also the best pest control service I have done business with. Continue with the great service primax. Thank you.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. First of all the tech didn’t call to let me know he changed the appointment time and when I asked him about it he stated aren’t you happy in a condescending tone. He pulled two contracts out and told me I needed to fill out the information… (no I don’t think so). He was educated on the price that was quoted to me the number of follow up visits we had discussed. The tech rolled his eyes and got an attitude and I kindly ask him to leave my home. If you are in business you need to know how to conduct yourself accordingly.

I saw Mice droppinngs, called primax and the tech came right over. It made me glad because everywhere that I called (it being a Saturday) told me that they don’t work on Saturdays and I would need to wait til Monday! Anywho, one of the technicians came over with a POSITIVE attitude and put traps around and checked for any possible holes that they might have came from. Believe it or not, one of the traps caught the bad boy. I quickly called primax and they came to pick it up without hesitation. I highly recommend PRIMAX. The Techs are the best !

I’m on a quarterly assessment of my property with Primax. They come every three months and I’m very, very well pleased with the service they give. There have been no issues with any infestations in my house since they came. We had one technician that was here coming to service the house for the better part of 2 years. He’s very efficient and I let him do his job. One time we had an issue with spiders and he always puts down the traps to take care of them. Another thing, he told us we were getting a few mice in the house because of an opening in one portion of our concrete wall. He took his time and placed in some baits after he foamed the opening
Anything that I ask him about, he’s more than willing to answer and explain. Also, if he was coming and we weren’t going to be home, I’d tell «The basement is already open. Come in and do your service.» And I would know when I come back, there’d be no problems. That’s how much I trust him. Overall, I’m very much satisfied with Primax and I’ve always had a good relationship with them.

I did a sleep over at a friends beautiful home at gainesville. I woke up with spots on my arms which felt like little bruises. I checked the bed. and I saw bedbugs. Talked to my friend and we called on Primax pest. The technician did a wonderful job. He was right on schedule. Very serious in dealing with the bed bug situation. He checked the rest of the rooms to make sure those were bug free. I was at my friends house this past weekend and the sleep was awesome. His wife thanked me for giving them primax. Yes I will recommend Primax for everyone. They have been good to me.

I have had issues with roaches in my home for an extremely long time and never called a pest control company to solve it because I figured I could not afford their expensive services. However, my family and I soon couldn’t bare the roaches anymore so I called primax pest control and realized how affordable their prices were. I am happy to say that since I received their treatment over a month ago, that we no longer see roaches again.

I am not a huge review writer but I thought this situation warranted it.
I called to make an appointed for a move out flea/​tick service. I got a quote for $ 120-​$ 130 which was fine and I said thank you I am just getting quotes. Then the man I spoke with then said I’ll do it for $ 85 if you book right now. «Ok great!» I felt like i got such a deal.
Anyway the appointment was set for Tuesday between 5−6pm. I show up to the house a little before 5 and waited. and waited and waited. No one showed so i went home. about 45 – 50 later (6:45ish) I received a call say «I am sorry we are running behind» which normally wouldn’t be a problem except the fact that I did not get a courtesy call before the end of the appointment. not 45 after it was supposed to happen. Well at this call we rescheduled the appointment for Thursday 6 – 6:30. 6:30 rolls around again no one showed and no phone call. So we called them. the tech rudely said ill be there in 35 min.(so i expect him around 7 ish) Well 7 rolls around no one showed and still no phone call… we continued to wait because we needed to get this done and I was down to the wire. The tech finally shows up at around 8pm! Now i have wasted my entire evening waiting on someone to complete a 15 min job which that is all it took to do.
The first thing the tech said to us was «uhhhhh is this the house» «okay, let me me get you the paper work» when he hands us the paper work he said… this is normally $ 130 but I can do it for $ 110 since we were late.
We told him we were quoted $ 85, he doubled checked and confirmed so no problem there. But there was little communication between us and tech. he did not speak more than 2 sentences to us. Very off-​putting.
This may not seem like a big deal to some but the lack of service was a big deal to me! A courtesy phone call or something saying he was going to late would have been nice so I didn’t waste 2 full nights waiting on someone to show up.

Company called me to apologize after reading this review. I also received a call from the technician to apologize as well. The tech offered to refund a part of the cost «to make it right» I did not ask for anything from him or the company. But he insisted, but needed a supervisors approval first. I received a call a few days later saying the refund was approved. The tech said we would have the refund with in the next week (that was 2 weeks ago) and he would call me back when he has it. And he wanted to personally deliver it to me. Never heard back past this. I appreciate them trying make it right but I would have liked for them to have followed through.

Be sure to ask for Kofi! He was very professional and great to work with. I needed to have somebody come out the same day and he came promptly and did an amazing and a very thorough job. He took his time and didnt rush through the job. I will definitely continue to do business of them!

The service provided by this company is top notch. The Tech who was assigned to my house was very professional. He resolved my longstanding bedbugs’ problem with only a couple visits. I will recommend them for total pest elimination any day anytime!
