Pretty good first visit. Our tech, Andrew Frankovitch, was prompt, courteous, and very informative — definitely made a great first impression. He explained the process, media, and procedures in very good detail both before and after treating our home and lawn. Good job all around!

Another great service from Moxie Pest Control. Noticed a few bugs since the rain and called to see if an inside treatment could be performed. Jack was able to come out within 3 days and was even early!

Great service and always on time. The technician, Kevin Castillo, was knowledgeable, polite and took the time to explain and review every aspect of his visit and service performed.

We’ve been with Moxie for 5 years, but today’s service was exceptional. Technician Darius went the extra mile by spraying our hard to access attic, and even removed cobwebs from high ceiling corners. He knew that I was having back issues today so he even bought in my trash cans from the street! Highly recommend.

We’ve been with Moxie Pest Control for about 3 – 4 years. Our first year with them was critical. Our house was infested with roaches. It got to the point were we got use to living with the little creatures. We called Moxie to see if their system works. After the first year the roaches completely disappeared. As of today we dont have any more issues with roaches in our house, but we are still with them as a monthly maintenance check up, just as a precaution. Our technician Darious is also very helpful, although normally we get someone different every other visit, he actually followed up on a concern I had discussed with him a few visits back.
Note: so this past christmas I got a traditional christmas tree about 10ft tall, but after I got It I saw on the news that these trees might be carrying all these types of critters inside, well moxie came in and treated my tree for any critters that could be crawling in there. These guys are great!

We have had Moxie Pest control now for 5+years and they are wonderful! Each time they come out they are a huge help and always professional and kind today I had Douglas Paisley as our Tech and he was extremely helpful! We love Moxie and we have never had any pest problems they couldn’t solve. A++ Great job today Douglas thank you!!!

Update– after multiple attempts to get the attention of this business, I was successful and pleased with the end result. Sarah (whom I wished I had dealt with from the start) was very apologetic and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for correcting the issue.

I’m not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews on here for Moxie. Personally, I’m not into the idea of quarterly pest control but I ran into an ant problem I couldn’t take care of myself a couple of years ago. As far as pest control companies go, Moxie is pretty darn good.
I’m guessing most people sign up for their quarterly maintenance contract. The contract includes free extra visits at any time to deal with unwanted critters. I’ve called Moxie twice for repeat visits to deal with mites on my paver patio and it never cost me extra.
When scheduling quarterly (or requested) service, I always get a call on my cell phone followed by a text advising when they are coming. I’m not always home when they arrive, but they always leave a receipt and most times I’ve been able to see some evidence of their visit. Moxie came by yesterday and Jack was my technician. He checked in upon arrival and asked if I wanted any interior services and whether or not I had any areas of concern outside. When he finished he gave me a rundown of his services and asked if I needed anything else. I’m not sure what else one could want from a pest control company.

The supervisors use intimidation tactics to keep you from ending the contract.
The products only work the first visit and don’t work the following times.
They attempt to come and fumigate during snow days when all the bugs are dead.
They enter your property when home owners are not there and without consent and tell you that they have completed a job that you didn’t observe. We have a dog and be happy that he wasn’t out there inhaling your cheap products.
The call center is very nice but have no decision making authority and the supervisors are rude and make all the decisions.
We’re sorry we ever fell for this scam of a company.

A Moxie sales rep came to our door last night after 7:00 to make their sales pitch. When I explained that we had just signed a contract with another company, he took to bashing the other company (with facts that we’re completely false) and attempted to strong arm me into canceling the contract I had signed a month ago despite the fact that I would have to pay a penalty for canceling a 1 yr contract.
While I find competition to be a good thing, I do not respect companies that resort to tarnishing their competition through misinformation to consumers to gain customers. I also do not appreciate the strong arm tactics that shows no care or concern but instead ignores the fact that a potential customer would have to pay a cancelation fee with the company they are currently using to switch.
Finally…while I understand the best time to get a hold of home owners is in the evening… I have a serious problem with sales reps ringing my doorbell after 7:00 pm even if the sun is still up. Families don’t want to be disturbed with sale pitches.

DO NOT USE MOXIE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Very rude to ring our doorbell at almost 8PM — waking a 95 year old WWII veteran. What is wrong with you? You are the pests we need to rid our house, neighborhood, state, world, and universe of.

Came by to our door to offer us there service, he talked us into it. We signed up with moxie pest control, next day the pest technician comes out and does some sprays here and there and in and out. Following week we had the even more bugs, spiders, ants, and flying insects that were never there to begin with. I am not sure what he sprayed, but it sure was a waste of our money. I would not recommend it, please review online reviews before signing up. Thank you

Just had Ellie Sevilla from Moxie Pest Control stop by the house to help take care of an increase in ant and spider activity. He arrived on time, was very polite and walked me through his process/​what to expect in the coming weeks. A+ in customer service! Now, let’s hope the treatment worked and these buggies find somewhere else to live.

Moxie came to our neighborhood knocking on doors this past sunny weekend.
Very discourteous, didn’t take No the first four times I explained that we were Facetiming with grandparents and already had a pest control contract.
Drove me to the point of almost being rude– then I saw him cut through our flower beds rather than returning to the sidewalk to get to the next house.
Forget these guys!

So far I’m very impressed with MOXIE. They’ve done my initial service.
There was some confusion regarding the pricing I was quoted but their staff Michael Murphy and Vanessa handled my questions and eased my concerns in a professional and very courteous manner. Most service providers I’ve dealt with would ignore my concerns and present a take it or leave it attitude. Michael was patient and got Vanessa on the phone immediately to help me.
Michael serviced the house in a very expedient manner, listened to every one of my concerns, from my concern for my pet’s safety to questions about safety with my child (expected in one week). He described each process/​chemical he would be using and he even provided friendly conversation.
I highly recommend MOXEY and hope that Michael is the technician coming back to my home.

I never really thought that I would be one to hire an exterminator. I always thought that it was a completely avoidable expense and something that people do when they don’t want to deal with the problem themselves. I changed my mind when I recently had to deal with an exceptionally bad hornet infestation after leaving trash uncovered in my back patio overnight. I figured that because I caused the problem, I could very easily fix it, boy was I was wrong. After getting stung numerous times and running around my backyard screaming like an 8-​year-​old girl, I decided to make a call to Moxie.
Moxie was able to come to my house the next day, and thankfully they had the right resources to solve the problem quickly. I now have them come to my home on a quarterly basis for preventative treatments inside and outside the perimeter of my home. I didn’t realize until I had the hornet situation how much the occasional presence of bugs bothered me. It really creeps me out to see different pests crawling around all of the sudden, but it had just become normal to have to kill a bug now and again. Now I no longer have to worry about seeing them and being completely grossed out. I feel more at peace in my home now.
I find the people at Moxie to be really professional and knowledgeable about what kinds of bug infestations are common, the deterrent solutions that they use, and they are one of the few companies that I could imagine feeling comfortable with letting them into my home. Setting up my quarterly plan was easy and straightforward, and I think it is well worth the cost.
