I just sold my car, and the people inspecting it for damage said whoever painted the passenger side rear door and bumper did an excellent job on one of the most difficult colors (pearl white). So I guess they did a pretty good job. It was expensive as hell though. Gotta get that insurance money.

Just picked up my Prius after a $ 1,100 insurance-​covered repair. Great job! Two years ago we had a $ 9,200 repair to the front-​end and back (smashed from behind and pushed into the car in front). Also super service and work. You absolutely could not tell the car had been in a wreck. Both times Gatorland worked directly with the insurance companies and handled all charges and sent us to Enterprise for rental cars. We’d use them again without a doubt.

HORRIBLE place. first time i took my car there they used a cheap technique to fix my car without my knowledge… Recently after an accident i took my car again only to have my car amplifier STOLEN after leaving it there over the weekend. The manager, Dennis was one of the rudest individuals i have ever encountered and immediately blew off my concern over my amp being stolen. He did not show one shred of condolence on my behalf. Filed a police report over my item… suspecting that someone who worked there took it and they are covering it up. DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE EVERYONE!!!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my problem. The part was ordered and my vehicle was fixed in about half of the time I expected. The results were great, and hopefully I don’t need them again, but I would recommend them to anyone with a toyota in need of repair.

Horrible service. They treat you like you are trash. They expect you to just take their word for it and when you do some research on your own they say your lying and don’t know what your talking about. I Don’t recommend! Do not deal with Dennis the manager, talking to him was like talking to my 3 year old. He interrupts you and even if your talking in a regular voice if he doesn’t like what you are saying he’ll start yelling because his mental capacity doesn’t let him respond in a humane way.
