Established in 2007.

Our Property Management business was started in 2007, prompted by the large need for this service in our area. We are a team of licensed realtors that saw the need for specializing in the management of residential homes after the sale or rental of our clients investments. We are very proud to note that the majority of our business is by referral. Gateway 2 Property Management is owned by Scott MacDonald, a Broker/​Agent who has been in the business for over 25 years.

My name is Trancito Laureano and I am the Property Manager for Gateway 2 Property Management. I joined Gateway 2 Property Management company in 2007 when it was established. I have been a licensed realtor with Re/​Max since January 2006 and have been in the Real Estate industry since 2005. I am a native of Northern Virginia, and I grew up and attended School in Reston, VA.

I have a passion for Real Estate and Property Management and look forward to serving you!
