I Fix Fords, Inc. provides dealer-​level auto maintenance and repair service at fair and honest prices.

We service 1996 and newer model cars and trucks including Ford Powerstroke Diesels. For all Ford vehicles, we use the same computer test equipment as Ford dealers. We have the capability to program computers and anti-​theft keys on Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles.

We also service all other Domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles.

History

Established in 2005.

I Fix Fords, Inc. was established in 2005 by Stuart and Naomi Bishop, the business has operated from the same Fuquay-​Varina location since May 2006.

Prior to starting I Fix Fords, Stuart worked at Ford dealerships for 15 years. He is a Master Technician, certified by both Ford and ASE, and a veteran of the U.S. Army and National Guard. Naomi, his wife and business partner, works as service advisor and office manager.

Our two, full-​time staff technicians are qualified and experienced. Mike Morrison, an ASE Certified Technician and a diesel specialist, has worked with us since 2010. Dan Mezzacappa, an ASE Certified Master Tech and a Jaguar Factory Certified Tech, joined our company in April 2013.
