History

Established in 2012.

13 Years! This is how long we have managed our own properties or had them managed for us. Realizing that it is extremely difficult (nearly impossible) to find a great property management company, we founded White Glove to do things differently… to do it right. Blake B.

Business Owner

Born in Nebraska, and raised in Orange County since the age of 4, Blake received his BA in Business/​Marketing from California State University — Fullerton. Transitioning immediately into corporate America, Blake began acquiring investment properties a few years later.

Fast forward 18 years: Blake & his wife Chantal hired many property management companies over the years, only to be very frustrated and disappointed in all of their property managers’ service and integrity levels. They also self-​managed their own local properties. Upon the conclusion that the entire traditional model of property management is completely broken, Blake’s 18 year journey lead him to develop the new platinum standard of property management by founding White Glove PM, where your property is managed like an investment, more than simply a property.

Blake & Chantal reside in Orange County with 3 children and two big dogs. They take great pride in giving back to the community by paying it forward.
