I highly recommend the laser procedure with Dr. Wald. My skin has completely changed after just 2 sessions. I had horrible dark spots which are now practically gone. I recently had my first round of botox injections and I am thrilled with the results. I did some research and asking around before selecting Dr. Wald. From the moment I called to set up the consultation it was a great experience. The office staff was very friendly and very informative they answered all of my questions. Being a first timer I was very nervous but once I arrived I felt immediately at ease. Dr. Wald took the time to ask me some personal questions and explain the options I could choose from. Dr. Wald is nothing short of a miracle worker. He is an artist. From the moment you contact his office, you are treated like a part of the family. His office manager is very informative and helpful. His front office secretary works miracles with the calendar. Dr. Wald is very professional but also warm and friendly. Words cannot describe how wonderful Dr Wald and his staff are. From the moment you walk in for a consultation, the staff is completely welcoming and friendly.
I am 24 years old with no children. I was a 36b… I think. My breasts were hanging extremely low and were extremely droopy for my age, as if I had experienced breast feeding in addition to several decades of gravity. I can assume it is the cause of wearing the wrong sports bra since I began playing sports and running at age 9.
I walked in not sure of whether I wanted to do an augmentation with a full anchor lift or just an augmentation. I had previously visited another doctor in Beverly Hills who told me I would scar badly and dark because of my ethnicity (asian). The Beverly Hills doctor also gave me only one option for a lift, the full anchor lift.
My mother recommended Dr. Wald because he had done a great job for her, twice. She and my partner came with me to my consultation and my mother refused to let me get a full anchor lift. Then, Dr. Wald came in and brought with him kindness, concern, and honesty. As a young adult, he knew that that I probably would not want the scarring, so he suggested a Benelli (nipple) lift. I had never heard of it but he explained to me in details what the procedure entailed and showed me other before & after photos. I was scared and uncertain walking into the consultation and left confident. All I needed to do was book the second consultation and blood work.
During the 2^nd consultation, Dr. Wald came in and asked me if I was nervous. OF COURSE I WAS! He actually told me I should be & ensured me that he wasn’t because has has been doing it for a long time. This calmed my nerves… that my doctor was confident in his work! Helen, the nurse was also very kind and honest. She recommended the biggest size that looked best for my body shape and broad shoulders. She helped me understand my medications, what I could and could not consumer before and after surgery. They both recommended 300−350cc.
Then, surgery day finally arrived. I arrived early, extremely nervous. Helen prepped me and I got to put on these really soft, warm socks knee high socks and a gown. The anesthesiologist calmed me nerves as well and asked the procedural questions. They put me to sleep and I barely remember the rest of the day and the post op appointment the next day. However, I heard funny stories of my reaction after waking up and walking into the day after post op appointment.
Dr. Wald was able to give me 375/​355cc silicone implants. He implanted the biggest he could that would not disadvantage or undo my lift. Although I could not go as big as I wanted (thinking back now, I’m glad I didn’t), Dr. Wald’s professional opinion was for my best interest.
I am now 6 weeks post-​op measuring a size 34D/​DD (I believe I was wearing the wrong bra/​band size before resulting in less support). I am extremely happy with how natural they look and feel. I initially wanted them to be more lifted but thinking back now, I wouldn’t have wanted the large scar or the unnatural shape.
I went in for my 6 week post op appointment today. Dr. Wald and I are both surprised that I am not scarring, visibly. He could barely see the scarring (incision was around the whole nipple). His stitch work was precise and very clean and I had only put scar ointment on the incision for about 4 days. I cannot thank him enough for the amount of care in his work and his instructions to benefit the healing process and the outcome.
I see my before photos and I tear up because I did not realize how droopy they were until now. I asked for a copy of my before photos because I did not take any. Now with my newly augmented and lifted breasts, I can truly walk with confidence and no longer slouch in fear.

Dr. Wald has performed surgery on myself, wife, son and daughter. All of us have had great results, exceeding our expectations. Used Dr. Wald for a skin lesion removal. He’s very polite and professional, and the procedure went very well. Needed almost no pain medicine, and the scar is very minimal (very happy with his work).

This is for the consultation. I obviously have insurance, high deductible. I am here strictly for the consultation because I’m unsure if I even have a deviated septum. On
they mention if you mention the website it would be a free consultation. Once I got to the office, receptionist told me its only for cosmetic that is free on realself (via Julie). I was baffled, it didn’t mention anything like that! Then she goes, we would bill your insurance ($ 185) even if I am unsure I would be a qualified candidate for a deviated septum, and on realself there is a free consultation, and does not mention it’s only for cosmetic. Ridiculous. And false advertisement on

Dr Wald has provided both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery to my family and friends. Without his expertise, consultative and caring approach we are not sure what we would have done. His office manager Barbara has been also very involved in every aspect of our surgeries, ensuring we know what to be prepared for to how long recovery will be and what to expect afterwards.

Dr. Wald is an amazing physician and artist. He is the da Vinci of cosmetic surgery. I have a lengthy patient history with Dr. Wald, and every one of my surgeries has been nothing less than perfect. Approximately 30 years ago, he performed liposuction procedures that have given me proper proportions. What a gift this has been! I used to dread shopping for clothing because standard sizes didn’t fit me properly, and I usually had to have my clothing either altered or custom-​made. Since my liposuction procedures, I have enjoyed buying clothing that fits me. Whenever I purchase clothing in a standard size, I think of how Dr. Wald made a tremendous, positive impact in my everyday life.

March 2014 I had a breast lift and augmentation. Last week I had a tummy tuck and, lipo of my hips and inner thighs. While I am still healing I cannot express enough how amazing I feel. I’m in my 40’s and was always a healthy eater and worked out no less than 4 times a week. As much as I pushed my body there were always these pockets of areas that never changed. In my 20’s I had a c-​section and hysterectomy. Dr Wald and his team are incredible. At every moment you feel important and Dr. Wald with his years of expertise shares with you his opinion. The surgery is done at his office in the approved surgical center. The comfort of going to one place is a plus. I would recommend no other than Dr. Wald and his team. It’s worth a consultation. As much as I thought I would never visit a plastic surgeon, let alone have procedures done– it changed my life! This review is way over due! I underwent a septoplasty/​rhinoplasty/​tubernectomy surgery back in Nov 2012. I explained my expectations and he also helped guide me to what changes were appropriate to my face. Not only was he very attentive, he showed me photos of his work, and that certainly helped me to confirm what kind of work I needed — and not go all «plastic» through the due to the rhinoplasty part of the surgery. Today, I am so pleased with the results! The recovery period was quite clear to me, so I didn’t have any surprises. In regards to the staff, they were beyond my expectation! Getting plastic surgery is a very highly charged emotional thing, and the staff here is very good at putting you at ease and helping you make the decision of how to proceed.
Prior to getting my surgery I asked several of my friends that had also gotten breast augmentation and was very pleased that a few of my friends had come to Dr. Wald and that he was so highly recommended.

My wife Julie had breast augmentation done 17 years ago after our 5^th child was born.

I underwent an autoplasty summer of 2006. He did great work on the surgery. He was also able to take off a small mole I had on my right shoulder. He said he could take it off no problem. However, I only rated him 1 stars because he used the wrong stitches when taking off the mole. They were supposed to be dissolve able but they weren’t and it left a terrible scar. When people see it, they ask how I got it and I tell them my plastic suregon made a mistake. It’s sort of like having a bad tattoo! I would love to have it fixed but I’m not sure it can be fixed. Now I am getting into modeling and photographers have to Photoshop the scar. Not happy with this horrible scar. Thank Dr. –_​_​_​_​–

I can’t say enough about the talent and abilities of Dr. Wald! He is a genius and you could NOT find a better cosmetic surgeon if you searched the country! I first found Dr. Wald in 1995 due to breast cancer and he did a wonderful job with my reconstruction. Over the years he has performed several different surgeries for me, friends and family: tummy tucks, nose jobs, lipo, forehead lifts, full face lifts and many other procedures! And each and every time the results were fantastic! Dr Wald did my rhinoplasty 14 years ago. My picture is actually still on his website. He did an amazing job, and everyone I tell about it is always shocked that my nose is not real because he made it look very natural. He spent a great deal of time asking me about what I wanted and was gentle, kind, and patient. He also worked with my parents in order to come up with a price that was doable for them.
