10÷25÷15: Walked in 30 minutes before closing to exchange a pair of children’s shoes. The woman who was there was harassing us about needing help to the point where I couldn’t look comfortably. It’s like she was rushing me to hurry up and find the right size for exchange. My husband then pulled a pair of shoes down from the top shelf and the box fell. The woman rudely told us not to grab it ourselves. We were getting ready to leave with the shoes and Go elsewhere for exchange because they didn’t have the right size when my daughter walked towards the door. The woman then told my daughter to get away from the door for no reason. She was absolutely doing nothing wrong. This lady was snippy and rude. Everyone wants to go home on time I get it. But I still arrived well before you were closed. Learn some customer service manners and personal ones too if your going to work in a place like that. This was the woman working up front on Sunday evening. You know who you are.

So on 6÷15÷15 i arrived at the front door at 8:38pm and the door was locked and i saw the workers inside so i knocked and they told me they were closed wen they have their bussines hours right on the front door 9am-9pm and also online says 9 – 9 so plz why dont you guys update and say u guys close at 8:35 or something

This was a great store. Workers are friendly and everything is neat and organized! The sales associate Leslie was great she helped me alot and was very friendly! She deserves a raise!

Can anyone explain why Payless Shoes are now upwards of $ 30? Yes, they are better quality than that of Walmart, but c’mon. This location is well-organized.
