This is the second time we’ve used Mike’s. The first time our heater broke Mike’s was able to fix if for less than $ 400. A month later, the home across the street had the same problem but used a different company – cost them $ 5,500 because they were told the parts weren’t available.
This time Mike’s repaired our AC for under $ 500, and we had quotes above $ 10K.
High quality, ethical service – I would give them 10 starts if I could

After making an appoint with the company to come out for an estimate (3 hour window) Mike failed to show without a call or any notice. After calling him to find out what happened, no apology offered, just an offer to re-​schedule on a different day, all while giving me an attitude as it appeared I was bothering him with my call.
NOT COOL!
