History
Established in 2006.
After graduating cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, Mr. Gallagher began his legal career working for a high profile corporate law firm in downtown Los Angeles. After about 6 months, it was clear this was not the right fit so Mr. Gallagher joined the public defenders office. For 5 years, Mr. Gallagher learned the criminal justice system from the inside out. In 2005 Mr. Gallagher spent a year with the high powered criminal defense law firm at Wallin & Klarich. In 2006 Mr. Gallagher went solo and opened up this office. Over the years the practice has grown and we are now a team of 3 lawyers and 2 legal assistants, with contacts throughout the state including other lawyers, expert witnesses, private investigators, and alternative sentencing facilities.

Mark Gallagher founded the law firm in 2006 after 5 years with the Orange County Public Defenders Office and a year with a private law firm. The California criminal justice, traffic court, and DMV system is a complete mess, and Mark’s goal is to help his cilent’s solve their problems efficiently.
