History

Established in 2002.

David Borsari became a lawyer in 1996 when he was admitted to practice law in Florida. He began his career-​long pursuit of criminal defense work as a Deputy Public Defender with the Miami Public Defender’s Office in Dade County, Florida. During his five years in that office attorney Borsari rose to the level of a major crimes defense attorney and logged more than forty jury trials in defense of his clients. He then decided to return to his home state of California and open his own practice as a solo practitioner and The Law Offices of David Borsari was born. Since its establishment in 2002 The Law Offices of David Borsari has acheived extraordinary success. Courtroom victories on both high profile cases as well as important cases attracting less media attention have become common. The Law Offices have always been maintained in Fullerton but attorney Borsari has successfully defended criminal cases in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego as well as Orange County.

Attorney Borsari is a California native who graduated as a Dean’s List student from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, in 1993. During law shcool at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, Mr. Borsari was recruited by the Miami Public Defender’s Office where he established himself as one of that office’s top trial attorneys. With the Law Offices of David Borsari he as continued a tradition of zealous representation for his clients in California state court criminal proceedings. Mr. Borsari’s numerous courtroom victories have earned him a reputation as one of Southern California’s top criminal defense attrrneys.
