I would recommend Good Neighbors Fence to anyone. They totally delivered what they promised. Karen and Alan are the owners. Karen came out first, measured our property and gave us an immediate quote and a drawing to take to our homeowners association. Alan called next day and we picked a day and time for installation. 8:30AM on the date promised, Robert and Matt showed up. Two professional and enjoyable installers. They completed on time, washed the fence, cleaned up, and answered several of my questions. Seldom in life does anything go this smoothly.

Karen did the estimate and Allen’s crew did the install. Karen knows her stuff. She brought lots of samples and was very helpful with colors and design as I did not know exactly what I wanted. Allen’s crew was quick and professional. They installed 2 gates for us in just a few hours and they look great. They are now a few months old and still in new condition. No sagging, nothing loose. Good Neighbors did a great job. Can’t wait to use them again!

I highly recommend Good Neighbors Fence! Three companies came out to look at my yard in San Pedro and give estimates for a 30-​foot vinyl fence and two gates. Karen from Good Neighbor was by far the most impressive. She was friendly, professional, and helpful with her suggestions, and the pricing was reasonable and fair. Robert and Matthew, who later did the installation, were also friendly and professional, and they came up with several clever solutions to the issues in my yard, such as how to place the fence as close as possible to both sides of a wide tree. The only drawback was that I had to wait five weeks between the time of the estimate and the installation, but now I can understand why. The quality of the fencing material and the installation work was so good, it’s no wonder that Good Neighbors Fence is very busy. The quality was worth the wait!

Her prices were also very reasonable. The only reason why we did not go thru with them was because my neighbor (who shares the fence with) decides to go with his guy. We recommend them

Amazing job all the way around! A few years ago Good Neighbors Fence installed vinyl gates at my house and did an incredible job. Karen and Alan helped me once again this past weekend. Karen and Allen are friendly, show up on time and are very reasonable with pricing. They offer many different options from budget to high end modern to traditional. They listen to your needs and aren’t pushy.
A big concern was how long I would be without a fence because I have two dogs that need their yard. Within 30 minutes their crew had removed a 50 foot section of fence and within a couple hours my new fence was complete! They even made some custom adjustment to fit around an overgrown tree and helped negotiate terms with my next door neighbor.
My other concern was price but their quote was literally half of what my contractor friend wanted to charge. He and I couldn’t believe the deal they gave me.
I no longer have «termites holding hands» I have a beautiful new fence that is rock solid.

I just had them put in a new six foot redwood fence in our yard. From the getting the bid (which was over a thousand less than the other one I got) to the installation, this firm was a joy to work with. Everything went as scheduled, even when the existing posts took longer to remove than they had expected. When the city inspector came to look at the completed fence, he commented that the work was well done. I would totally recommend them.

These guys were awesome. The whole process from start to finish went with ease. The owners and the guys that installed the fence were super friendly and they did an excellent job. I love my new vinyl fence. Karen and Allen responded quickly to my calls, came right out and made a fair bid, and kept me informed of schedule changes. Installers were efficient and took old fencing away. This was a smallish job and others had minimums I couldn’t afford. The custom fence is exactly what I wanted.

Amazing fence company. I called them when others on Unilocal wouldn’t even come give me an estimate because what we wanted wasn’t a simple, typical fence. Karen is great at listening and thinking outside the box. She came up with a great plan and even got our difficult neighbors to go along with it. The guys who came out to do the work were professional and pleasant. In fact, the owner of the company was actually working the job! The price was right and the fence looks great. Great business from the 1^st phone call. Made an appt for a vinyl fencing quote… Karen was on time… took the measurements and gave me a written quote. Karen brought samples of the fencing, which was very helpful with my decision. The day of the install, Caesar and Robert showed up on time, removed the old wood fence and began the wonderful transformation to vinyl.
