Don’t participate in storage auctions here. The auctioneer or the Manager opens up the units prior to the auction and rearranges the items to make them look nice and neat and puts the best items up front. I bought a unit at this place and it looked like a normal unit but was actually one from a homeless person The female manager there admitted to me that they open up the units with a witness to inspect them before the auction. But you can not set it up for show. that is not legal you cannot do that by law. The units must be sealed once possession has been taken over and at the time of the auction opened up to view.

I had a storage unit here for so long it seemed like I lived here. The people here have always been very friendly and helpful. I think I got a unit here in about 1997 and recently closed it. That’s a long time and my possessions have always been safe and secure, so I would come back here in a minute if I needed to store my stuff again. I really recommend this place to anyone. I don’t think you will regret it.

Had a unit here in the past. Opening a new to store some furniture. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and showed me all of the units she had available. This place is military friendly and takes care of its tenants that have served or are serving. Completely recommend them if you are looking for a storage unit, best prices around!

great location, close to amerige heights where i live. moving in and out was convenient, signing up and setting up automatic payments was easy.
the gentleman working onsite was friendly and helpful. alana was helpful you can tell she knew what she is doing.
you have to enter a passcode to sign in and out, felt that my storage was secure.
parking lot and driving around on the lot itself can be a little tight especially if you have a big car or truck coming in, no problem with my hybrid. the facilities were clean and well maintained.
you can purchase supplies from them or bring your own as well.
price was competitive with other storage companies.
would recommend!

We had a storage unit here for about a year and half (June, 2012 to Sept, 2013) and we enjoyed our stay! We had three different units and Fullerton Self Storage was very accommodating to out need to move into a smaller unit and then a bigger unit. The facility is very clean and secure. The only drawback would be that you do not have 24 hours access (gates operate from 7a-​7p daily) … however, the one time we had to stay longer the operator worked with us that night. For the most part we made the 12-​hour access time work. If we ever need to get storage again, we will certainly go back to Fullerton Self Storage. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Fullerton Self Storage has been very helpful with my sister and I when we were dealing with a lot of storage problems that we never intended to be involved in. They helped us find solutions and made it much easier for us to deal with our storage issues. I would recommend this place for your storage needs, and the staff is wonderful. I have used Fullerton Self Storage for a little over two years and they have always been great. Ailayna is the onsite manager and has always been very helpful in person and over the phone. I just recently relocated my belongings to another city due to a move but I never had any complaints with there storage facility. The staff that help run the storage yard were super helpful getting me moved in and out, I don’t think you will find a better storage yard in Fullerton. Oh, and lest I forget, they have excellent security for your belongings, give em a try.
