This review has been long over due. I’ve sent Mike many clients. The guy knows his stuff and the way around the courthouse. Mike knows how much to charge and how much not to charge. For example, my client had a probation violation with a 3^rd dui. instea of charging my client 25k, Mike sat back and watched the court so my client doesn’t have to pay more than he has to.

My dad needed Help with finding a good bail bond agent and after searching on Unilocal I found Michael. Couldn’t be happier on choosing him once I call him he explained everything to me and gave us a appointment the next day. Once we got there he was very nice and professional did all the paperwork quickly and explain to us what was going to happen after he proceeded the bail. Michael makes a difficult situation as easy as possible. He was more than happy to give extremely useful information and advice. He’s extremely flexible and friendly. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or out of the loop. Although I hope I never have to use him again, I’m glad I can give him a call at any hour and he’ll be happy to pick up. Even at 2am!

To give a thorough review of Michael’s services, this assessment has purposely been written at the end of our business transaction.
At 5 in the morning a few months back, I got a call from my best friend asking me to bail her out of jail. The cut off time was 6 am, at which point she would been transported to another location and the chances of getting her out by Monday (and thereby keeping her job) would have been impossible. Desperate and very new to this scene, I Unilocaled around for a bail bonds place that was open at that awkward hr.
Call it luck, but Michael was the first one I called and sure enough he picked up. I told him the situation and after a few pre-​screening questions, he was up and running with the next steps. He met me at the police station and by 5:45, my friend was walking out a free woman (well, sort of). Michael not only came through, but held a calm and professional demeanor during the whole ordeal that definitely saved me from going into panic mode.
Something worth mentioning: given that I was a perfect stranger and needed money that was sufficient enough for a down payment on a house within the hr, Michael put his faith in me and came through with it without having all of my information down initially. That told me everything I needed to know: this man cared about our situation.
We paid our last payment today and have nothing but good things to say about Michael. He is a man of his word and that in itself is a rarity deserving of respect.
Thanks Michael for being there during our darkest hour and literally saving someone from a whole lot worse. You won’t be forgotten!

I have always said that in order to survive in this society we call daily life have a great doctor, dentist, attorney accountant, optometrist, banker, therapist, and the list can continue on from there but there is one that must be always included and that is to make sure that you always have a great bail bondsman in order for you to continue having all of your other specialist there’s nothing worse than having to sit in jail waiting and waiting and waiting and this is where Micheal and his company come into play. Without going into a long detailed process let’s just say that his services have had to be used more than once and I’m very grateful for his presence. When I was first detained not having a clue what the process was my attorney referred me to Michael who immediately bailed me out of my confinement and I would say literally treating me as if I was family. That’s what you need when you’re experiencing that god awful feeling of being handcuffed and being placed into incarceration not knowing what is in store for you especially your freedom. Fastrak will act quickly and be there to assist. you in understanding the laws as wellaq as get you back imto your comfort zone and keep that dentist appointment you had already had made!

BEWARE: first of all, I never write negative reviews about a business or person, but Mike Fidelis is one of the worst people I’ve ever met or done business with. I was referred to Mike by my attorney. My attorney no longer refers clients to him anymore. I was going through a very stressful situation and Mike went out of his way to make my life more difficult. The first time I sat down with Mike to sign papers he yelled and cursed at me in front of his 5 year old son when I asked why I have to put references on an application. He cursed at me and said «if you don’t want to put references on the application then go to jail!» He said it was for auditing reasons too, but I called over to another bail bonds and got the answer. It’s really in case you skip town they can call the references for the money which is understandable. You are required to check-​in on a specific day which I work 6 days a week and have a very busy schedule, so I forgot to check-​in not knowing the importance of it. Mike took it upon himself to call me a piece of s*** and scream at me over the phone. Granted, I forgot 3 times, but always called him the next morning. That does not give him the right to go to that level. When I would call him he would threaten and throw my case in my face assuming the allegations against me were true. He threatened to revoke my bond multiple times for not checking in saying «I hope you like jail!». I cannot express the amount of the lack of professionalism, immaturity, and incompetence enough. He threw his weight around because he knew he could. He should not be able to own a business. I really hope that everybody who is looking for a bond will read this review and consider other options because he does not deserve anybody’s business. He is a hot head and doesn’t care about your well-​being. I would never recommend Mike Fidelis to anyone.

After reading Mike’s comment it’s clear who doesn’t take responsibility for their actions. As you can see, this person who has provided a service to the community for almost 20 years is more inclined to point fingers and say my statement is false when my claims are absolutely true and accurate. There’s no reason for me to make false claims. Also, I wanted to correct what I said above about Mike having a 5 year old son. To be more concise, Mike had a young child with him when he cursed and yelled at me in front of that kid (who was around the age of 5). I’m confused what Mike means by how I interpret the laws, but it doesn’t matter because this review isn’t about me. It’s about helping future potential clients have an idea about the service they are paying for. That’s great that Mike has luncheons every week with my attorney… however, I don’t understand what point Mike is trying to make. Apparently, it’s okay that Mike can be an awful person if people will still go to lunch with him. No need to add more to your comment, Mike. You were completely disrespectful toward me through the whole process and you know it. I do not wish the best for you.

Michael is an Angel! My boyfriend was arrested because of the new OJ Simpson law and I had no idea of how to find him or what to do. Mike walked me through every step hand and hand, I felt bad for calling so late, but he was always here for me. He gave great advice and now my boyfriend is back at home where he belongs. :)

I give two thumbs up to this place. My friend got her second DUI and I had no idea how to go about this when we it came to bailing her out. Michael was beyond helpful, knowledgable and was able to explain everything clearly to myself and her family. Overall great place and great customer service. I would highly recommend Fastrak Bail Bonds. Never had I been in a situation to need to call a bails bond and was overwhelmed with all the choices. Luckily I cane to Unilocal and after reading the great reviews I decide to call Fastrak. Michael was very professional and made some calls for us and quicly called us back to explain the situation. Who would have guessed going on Unilocal to find a bail bondsman would be the best decision I ever made? Long story short, I had an arrest in my family (totally out of the blue) and had no idea what to do. Michael, the owner of Fastrak, was the answer to our prayers.
