Elysian Bliss Day Spa

I’ve now completed my third (out of 5) microdermabrasion treatment! So far, so good. I would have to say the best part of my experience here is that Elysia is so knowledgeable about skin, products and post/​pre treatments. She does a great job at explaining each step to you and what it does for your skin type. She listens to your concerns and explains how to achieve what you want without making false promises. She also recommends products without having too much of a sales person attitude. The atmosphere is cute, a small purple room, with relaxing music and very comfortable. She even stays a little later for me since I come after work. Very professional and her shoulder, back, and scalp massages are the best! (She even gave me a complimentary oil with my massage for my bday! Oh, and she has great smelling face masks to add to any treatment, I’ve used the pumpkin one and when I go home my skin looks a little brighter. I found her on Groupon (and she will acknowledge the Groupon rate in person if you don’t want to buy it from the app) but I’ve made more appointments with her because she always has great monthly packages for all skin treatments. She even sends an email with post-​treatment to make sure that you are taking care of your skin in between visits. This is my first time getting microderm treatments and I am starting to see a difference. The first couple of times you might get some blemishes come to the surface (which is expected) but now that I am on my third treatment I do notice that my skin is a little brighter and my usual annoying breakouts have significantly decreased, she also said any old faded scarring I still have should go down by the end of my treatments. She’s great and gets 5 stars because I’m big on customer service, she’s always on time, consistent, clean and knowledgeable.
One note– if you are in to the full spa «pamper me» type places, this is a small suite and you go strictly for your appointment. I don’t have time to hang around anyway so this is perfect for me!

Very impressed with my first visit. I noticed a difference in my skin right away. Elysia is very professional and experienced. She uses organic products and I look forward to returning for more skin treatments!

I went to Elysia for my first Microdermabrasion facial last week and i loved it! Shes great and very knowledgeable explained everything to me in detail about each step. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to have a a nice relaxing facial. I will definitely be coming back here again for my second treatment :)

I moved to L.A. 5 years ago and since then it has taken me a while to find a facial spa that meets my criteria. I’ve been to places that are rude, people rush through the process, and the place is not clean. I first heard of Elysian Bliss while I was browsing through Groupon. I saw what the special was and the treatment and I said why not since it was close to home. Next thing I did was that i went on her page and Unilocaled her place and everything sounded great and had great reviews. From the moment I got there I loved it!!! It was clean, pretty ad very relaxing. I then met Elysia and she was just wonderful and very welcoming. She talked me through the process and explained to me what the treatment was and how to take care of my skin afterwards. I loved every minute of it that I even booked my future appointment with her. My skin feels refreshed and looks happier and brighter! Thank you so much to Elysian Bliss that I found my favorite facial spa!

I found Elysian Bliss through Groupon, and Elysia is wonderfu! She is very knowledgeable; I feel like she truly wants to know what you want as of skin care and takes the time to ask you questions and explain what each step does (and I truly appreciate that). Extractions were okay, better than most facials I’ve had. After the facial, my skin felt clean and soft! And the little shoulder massages were great, as there were less tension in my shoulders. :) I would definitely be back!

Elysia was awesome!!! I bought a Groupon, not really having great expectations; just another facial. This was by far the best facial I’ve ever had. Microdermabrasion felt great, followed by treatment, a mask, and even a massage! I left with a glow and a big smile. I’ll definitely be going back; in fact, my next appointment is already booked!

Elysia is the best! She is very knowledgable when it comes to skin, effective treatments and great products. I’ve had microdermabrasion treatments in the past and have not always been happy with the results. Not the case with Elysia! I trust her expertise and appreciate that she goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. A blissful experience you will want to indulge in again and again!

I have been having facial treatments from Elysian Bliss day spa for the past several months and also has been a client of Elysia’s for seven years. I have never had a bad experience. She is very knowledgeable in her field of facials, microdermabrasion and upper body massage and has the most amazing touch. Elysian Bliss day spa is very serene and relaxing and Elysia puts you at ease as soon as you walk into her spa. I highly recommend this spa.

I’ve been seeing Elysia for two years and I love her! She is friendly and professional and I ALWAYS enjoy my facials with her. I have also had her wax my eyebrows and I love them! I have also hired her to do my make-​up for a Halloween costume, and her work was amazing! I highly recommend Elysia and her spa! It’s an enjoyable and relaxing experience and I just love her scalp massages too!

I am a big fan of Groupon, that’s how I came across Elysian Bliss. In the past I have bought facials and wasn’t that impress with their services. That totally changed when I had my facial done by Elyse. The place is very cute, clean and serene atmosphere. She is very professional and takes a lot of information to better treat your special skin needs. I had a microdermabrasion with a pumpkin mask, the facial included a shoulder and scalp massage. From beginning to end the experience was phenomenal, by far exceeded my expectations. I am not good about keeping up with facials but since my first appointment I’ve already had 2 booked 5 weeks apart. My skin looks so good, I had friends complement me from the 1^st facial I had. I have recommended them to Elyse and she’s gotten to know a few of my friends by now. You will not be sorry give her a try, 2 thumbs up!!!

I am getting married next weekend and was having some issues with my skin. Wanting to have that glowing ‘bride’ look I searched groupon to see if there were any deals and found Elysian Bliss Day Spa. Being a great deal and near my work I gave it a shot. And boy am I happy I did!
I received a microdermabrasion facial and now my skin looks great. The ambience is super relaxing as well. I didn’t realize how stressed I was until I was getting a massage and could feel the tension leaving. I almost feel asleep I was so comfortable!
The esthetician was very knowledgeable. She took the time to look at my skin and make recommendations based on the products I use.
While I was there I bought a gift certificate for my mom for her birthday and plan on going back myself.

First off let me tell you that I am not a frills and pampering kinda gal so getting a facial is really out of the box for me… like really… I also waited 24 hours after my treatment with write this review to make sure I wasn’t just on the natural high of the awesome aromas and to see how my skin truly reacted…
This was my first facial in over 10 years and my first Microdermabrasion ever, and I am hooked! I saw the Groupon for this treatment, which I used, with the add on of a Pumpkin peel (smelled and felt like a warm pumpkin pie being smothered on your face… I thought that could only happen in my fat girl dreams!). I have very problem skin: very oily in the T zone, dry on my cheeks, a bit of cystic acne on my chin, all while just being diagnosed for PCOS so my hormones are all out of whack and in combination with extremely sensitive skin that turns red at the slightest irritation or exposure to sun… and yet Elysia did not shy away! Impressive! She walked me through step by step what she was doing, explain ingredients, processes, and side effects allowing me to ask questions and understand the process.
I walked out a hour later with brand new skin! Seriously! it is so smooth and CLEAN! My normal redness on my chin and nose is dramatically reduced and not a cystic bump in sight! I also now know which daily sun protection to use that not only will give me the protection I need, but will not be shiny or oily. This morning (24 hour later) I didn’t even want to put on my makeup! I of course used a bit of sunscreen and foundation because it has the active ingredient recommended, but other than that… nothing! I have never wanted to show off my skin before!
I will be making my visits to Elysian Bliss Spa part of my regular beauty regimen.

I have had many facials, but I have to tell you that my facial yesterday at Elysian Bliss was, by far, the very best facial I ever had!
I was warmly greeted by the esthetician who sat down with me and took time to go over the areas of my skin that I had concerns with.
When it was time for my facial, I laid back and relaxed while Elysia cleansed, exfoliated, moisturized and magically massaged my face and neck area. I must say, she has a wonderful touch!!! I really didn’t want it to be over!!!
On the way out I booked another appointment! This might be my monthly treat to myself from now on!

Amazing! After a facial by Elysia you certainly feel so rejuvenated! She listens to what you want! She’s knowledgeable about products as well as what your specific skin type needs! I would return again and again to her for a facial!
