Both my gel mani and pedi were perfectly done, just like how I asked them to do. Everybody were friendly. I was satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this place.
I was treating my little sister out to get her nails done while I wanted my acrylics off and just wanted my nails clean. Since we were on a time crunch and the place that I go to closes on Sundays, I really didn’t have much choice but to go here.
The lady who took off my acrylics was very aggressive. When she was trying to slide off the acrylic on my pinky, I kept mentioning how it was hurting. I don’t know if my voice was too quiet or she was just ignoring me but when she took it off, I was left with a bloody finger. I also felt like she was rushing through the cuticle cutting and filing. Incase you forgot, I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE.
My sister just wanted a simple gel manicure with hearts. I don’t know if her technician knew how a heart looks like but it looked more like a circle.
Charged us $ 47 for a crappy job. Never coming back.

I have to say I stumbled at this salon by accident I had to have a full set done last minute and I’m so glad I did! Right away I noticed how clean the facility was. I received a full set from Emily and a pedicure from Tina, I was very please. Friendly atmosphere they make sure your comfortable, they have a fridge for complimentary bottled water, free wifi, I really liked for the spa pedicures they use the plastic bag liner everytime for each pedicure. They made sure to use clean tools only. It’s been a week and my full set still looks great, will definitely be coming back!

I was eager to get a fill and a new gel color one of my friends recommended this location. So i figured I’d tag along with her since she was already due for a fill aswell. She made an appointment for us at 11, I arrived at 10 and my friend who had originally scheduled the appointment wasn’t there yet. So I went in told the receptionist my appointment and requested emily. although I was an hour early i was still taken in seated and emily worked on my nails. She did a fabulous job. She was so gentle on my hands friendly and accomadating. Although its a bit far for me its well worth the drive.

The lady that did my pedi was so arrogant. I guesscos she wanted me to get the most expensive package. But Li, the lady who made my moon french nails is super nice. Asked me a million times if i like it, and made me feel comfy while waiting to dry out my nails. I didnt get gel because i wanted my nails to get a little break. She understood. So if i come back it would be because of her.

First time here today. I didn’t get my girls name but she was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. She really took her time to do my nails. It was my first time getting almond shape for my acrylics and I love them. Pricing is definitely competitive and I would come back since it’s so close to my house! She also had her cute dog in the salon too.

I love this place! Emily is the bomb! This is the only place that can do a gel French manicure without it cracking at the tips within days. My gel lasts three weeks if not longer. I live in long Beach and make the drive out to Fullerton because this place is that good!

Emily is always so nice! I love that she takes her time (yet still quick) and double checks her work. My favorite thing is that at the end, she takes a brush and cleans out anything that might be there. That’s what I call perfection. :)

Allure Nail Spa has decent service, friendly staff and clean. There’s plenty of magazines to enjoy the wait with and a large screen TV. They have a variety of popular shades of pink to choose from. When I visited it was pretty busy however I didn’t have to wait very long.

They are really patient and kind, i really appreciate that. Cleaniness is a x5 awesome. Great color and brand selection. Prices are great and i love it here.

I’ve been coming here since I was pregnant. It’s not too far from my house, but all the nail salons in Anaheim are crap so I’m down to drove to Fullerton to see my favourite ladies when I need a mani pedi.

Reviews for this business is pretty accurate. Lady that did my nails rushed through it and cut my skin and that shit hurt like hell. In addition, throughout the whole process she was trying to sell me more expensive services EVEN THOUGH I clearly stated multiple times I wanted a regular services. In my opiniom, I think she did a crappy job on purpose because I stuck to the regular service. Dont go here! Consider yourself warned.

When you want your pedicures done right this is the spot.

This 5 star rating is for Lin alone! This woman does such an amazing job on pedicures! She always takes her time with me. She cuts and cleans up my toenails so well that I don’t even want to put polish on them they look so perfect! What I love most about Lin, despite her thick ascent, she makes a real effort to converse with you and not with her co-​workers or the other person on the phone. She’s very respectful and SUPER SWEET! I’m always impressed with her work and leave very pleased.
Some things to mention about the place,
A huge plus for, free WiFi, complimentary snacks and beverage and the cleanliness of the place!

Yesterday, while my mom had a dentist appointment next door I was browsing through Unilocal to see if there were any beauty parlor opened for waxing. Noticing that this store opened at 9am, why not? I walked over there and was informed everyone was on the way and it would take five minutes. I waited till 9.30 and left. Three women walked in and none of them attended to me. Seems like they were trying to get ready for the day.
I did have eyelash extension experience here. It does burn your eyes. Not sure if that’s a norm, due to it being my first time. The only thing that bothered me was that the fake eyelashes were tugging and pulling at my natural ones painfully every time I blinked. I ended up removing them within a week.

Second time coming here and again I’m leaving knowing I’ll be back. Everyone is nice and professional.

Since I move to fullerton and didnt have time to go to my old nail place in norwalk, I give it a try to this salon since they located across from my house. I should have not listen to the other Unilocalers who gave 5 stars on this place.
I got color change on my toes and gel mani. Lady who did my toes cut my flesh while cutting the toe nails!!! Wtf??? I said it hurts and she saids its ok several time. After couple mins later, guess what? My toe started to bleed pretty bad! And than she said oh Im sorry blah blah… Seriously I dont understand what she was trying to say and she didnt understand me neither. Dude come on!!! It just freakin toe nail trim and putting polish, why would you cut my skin!!!
I was very upset and pissed but whatever, im already bleeding!!! Worst experience ever!!!
For the lady who did my nail Emily, It was really hard to communicate with her. I showed her a picture and I guess it was a difficult design for her. I picked the silver gel and she said they dont have that color anymore wth??? Are you serious? Nail salon with only 1 silver glitter??? Ridiculous… She kept asking me get the gradation design not deep french which I showed her, but I said no I want deep french and she did it. Result? Not satified at all… Wow… Coloring was uneven, the edge was dirty and she also cut me while cutting the cuticle!!! Oh my gosh… It was my fault to come here, no one else too blame

Yeesh! Not impressed. I’ve been here a few times and got regular nail polish manicures. Fine. This week I went the day before my wedding. I booked 4 appointments for my girls and me.
The gal who did my manicure was rough. She kept grabbing my hands aggressively. The polish was globby and uneven. By Day TWO of my gel manicure, they were cracked and peeling! Now I’m stuck on my honeymoon is ugly hands. Thank you.
You by no means ruined my wedding, but this definitely sucks. Ladies, go somewhere else.

Overall, this place was a great one.
mary was my nail person and she told me a rounded shape was going to cost an extra 5, and she asked if I wanted glitter on my ring finger, and she said that he another 5, and at one point when she suggested something else, I lightheartedly commented, «will that be another 5? Mary was really sweet, but very straightforward kind of a personality.
I was amazed at how well and gracefully she filed and worked my nails.
Her accent caught me off, And hers was okay enough for me to understand but I couldn’t understand what most of her coworkers were saying.
This was my first nail experience anywhere and I have to say I’m pleased. Acrylics + Gel was $ 45 and a few dollars more, I just can’t remember.
I would appreciate any suggestions on places less pricey.
One thing I would prefer next time was that the work be more meticulous. The sides of my nails aren’t filled in, or it’s just not pleasing to stare at and my thumbs look a little blobby but its not a biggie at all.

I take my reviews seriously and it comes with great disappointment to leave this one. After coming to this nail salon for about a year and a half, I never expected to have any issues. Each person I’ve worked with has been professional and happy to help with my gel manicures or pedicures.
Since I work with a different person each time I come in, it was no surprise to have been paired with (name unknown-​typically wears red framed glasses). She was very nice, talkative and enthusiastic about having me as a new customer. I had never worked with her before but ultimately I was satisfied with the result of her skills.
Typically, the gel manicures and pedicures will last me a week and half up to two. Yet, after working with red framed glasses, my nails barely lasted one week. So I decided to go back into the nail salon and either get a refund or my nails redone.
The cheery receptionist greeted me and I told her my issue. She then asked me to point red framed glasses out. Bad move. Next, she tells her manager about my issue and the manager agrees to speak with me about it. Long story short, the manager said she can’t offer a refund without approval from the owner. She suggested I wait for her to finish with her customer and then she could redo my nails.
In the midst of my waiting for the manager to finish, red framed glasses comes over and asks to see my nails. She asks if I did this to my nails and I said no they started breaking off on their own. Then red framed glasses decides to raise her voice at me and tell me I’m the one who caused the breaking. I tell her no I am not. Red framed glasses continues to get in my face and scream at me.
At this point, I’m extremely embarrassed and annoyed that she’s insulting me in front of the entire salon. I had to ask the manager to speak with me again so that red framed glasses would stop and leave me alone.
Reluctantly, the manager came over and I asked for a refund instead. The manager said she would have to give me her own money to give a refund. Finally, the manager suggested I come in the next day. I tell her I can’t it’s the holiday season and my trip tonight was the only time I could get this done. So I tell her to call me and arrange for my refund.
As a repeat customer, I expected a little more effort to make me happy to come back. Instead, I was left annoyed and insulted. There was poor attention given and the manager did not handle this properly. She should have just given a refund; regardless of red framed glasses agreeing with me. I’m the customer and my needs should be priority. This is horrible customer service. I will never go back there again.
