Established in 1995.

Martina started her career in real estate in 1995 and quickly became a locally known and respected agent among the community, her peers and her clients. James started in real estate in 2000 as a senior in high school, having been around real estate since the age of 13, he knew that he wanted to start in the business the moment he could.

13 years later among various real estate climate changes, Martina & James have formed the joint partnership of Bobbett and Associates. James earned his brokers license in 2007, when Bobbett & Associates was initially introduced, providing him a higher level of knowledge as well as ethical responsiblity in his real estate duties.

We just closed on our house a few days ago. We had a great experience from start to finish! The best decision we made was listing with James. We felt like he was right by our side walking us through the entire process of preparing our house to list, arranging all of the home improvements, staging it beautifully, and remaining on top of every detail through negotiations, escrow and even after we closed. My husband and I recently worked with Bobbett & Associates for the sale of our condo as well as the purchase of our new home. James came HIGHLY recommended from family and upon meeting him, I too, felt confident that he was the right person for the job. Before listing the condo, Martina came in with her expert eye for interior design and helped us de-​clutter and stage. Shortly thereafter, a professional photographer came in and took gorgeous photos that showcased our home in the most beautiful way. All this was complimentary and done in a quick, efficient manner!
Throughout the remainder of the process, James worked diligently to arrange appointments around our crazy schedules, displayed nothing but patience as he showed us countless properties, maintained constant communication with us via email, text, calls, and face to face meet ups… whatever it took to explain a situation or answer the many questions that we had. One thing we really appreciated was James’ straight forward approach. My husband and I have used James and Martina for three home sales now and one home purchase. Their professionalism and knowledge is outstanding. Their integrity shows in their business. My wife and I were casually looking at the housing market, checking out open houses and that is where we met James. He was very polite, unimposing especially after us telling him that we were just casually looking into purchasing a home. He offered us his business card and did not push us to call him, only when and if we were ever ready to informally discuss the facts about purchasing a home. We were so impressed by James’ polite professionalism that we met up with him a couple weeks later. The greatest thing about James and this Realty Group was that they NEVER steered us away from our comfort zone of buying a home; he asked us what we were comfortable looking for and in what areas, and not once did James show us or press us on a home that was out of our price range nor out of our desired area!
When we finally found our dream home, it was not an easy purchase. The seller was being difficult with offers and we presumed that it was out of our reach; but James continued to back us up on our offer for the house and was able to convince the seller that our offer was the most sound on the table. After the offer was finally accepted, James made the hardest part (all the contracts and paperwork) breeze by without a hitch. Not once did my wife and I feel concerned about what we were signing and every questions that we had James was willing and able to answer it to the best of his ability.
If it was not for James’ commitment to our needs we never would have been able to purchase our dream home which we are now living and loving!

When my younger sister decided to buy her home, she did some extensive research to find the right realtor. She is a young and successful professional and at that time, 25 years old and buying her first home. So it was pertinent that the agent representing her was ethical, patient, listened and did not put pressure on her to buy. After much research and interviewing several agents, she felt James was the perfect person. My sister was definitely right.
James not only helped her to buy her home at a wonderful price, he helped her to feel confident and assured every step of the way. It has been two years since then and James have become our family’s go-​to agent.
When my fiancé and I decided to purchase a bigger home so that I can be closer to my family, I did not want to sell my condo/​loft. At the time, our friend recommended an agent so we went with that agent to list the condo for rent. It sat there dormant and with no activity for four months! James took over the listing and within 1.5 weeks, he was able to rent my condo at my asking price with no hassles!
My parents also listed one of their rental properties with James. They wanted to sell a fourplex before they traveled out of the country. James was able to sell it and close escrow within 40 days.
James is a communicator and very detail-​oriented. He took care of us like family. When there were questions, he was very patient and took his time explaining everything. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows. We have had three different transactions with James and all of them have been pleasant. We have tried other agents but none comes close to the caliber that James maintains.
