Did a great job fast service and really nice people they also have fair pricing, the boss is rally knows his stuff truck looks great.

Super honest and best when it comes to new tires. I’ve been going here for years and I trust them emphatically. Ladies you don’t need to be scared of getting over charged or scammed. They are the best.

I agree with some of the recent review. Very rude and unprofessional. After my husband called a week ago, and then I called the day before asking if they could provide a specific service, which they said they could do both time, we get there only to have an older white male «technician» rudely tell us no, and said no one ever talked to us. We said perhaps it was someone else that we talked to and he said that only he and the other guy (next to him) are the only one that answer the phone. They questioned whether or not we called their shop and that perhaps we called American Tire, or a different tire shop. We said that we each called on separate occasion and that we live right across the street at the Homestead, how could we NOT know which Allen Tire to call? In any case, if they were not able to accommodate us, they should have just said so, and we would have understood. Instead, they blamed us and said we must have been mistaken. Poor customer service. I highly doubt that only the two of them men the phone.

I com here all the time for new tires and alignment. The service is always friendly and honest, which is why our family keeps coming back. Thanks Allen Tire

Just as an update — there’s been no response from anyone at Allen Tire to my review on ¹⁄₂₈. Today, we just purchased four new tires… from Firestone, right down the street. It just goes to show that great customer service on the little things may result in more business when the big things come along.

Great customer service! We came here because my tire warning light came on. The employees were very friendly, checked my tires & put air in them. They inspected one of my tires more closely because the air pressure seemed very low. Highly recommend.

So far shitty service…1^st I don’t get greeted upon my arrival and they’re not super busy, 2 guests ahead of me and 3 employees @ the counter. After finally being acknowledged by Alexander, minutes later, he started taking my vehicle information for a quote. In the middle of assisting he takes a call and starts doing their quote instead while I’m standing right in front of him. Then the same thing happens after the 2^nd employee tries to finish what he started… needless to say, after the 3^rd employee took over my quote, they don’t have what i need.

BMW 535i had a slow leak due to puncture on the side of the tire. Wouldn’t you know it, it’s the day before Thanksgiving. Due to BMW’s wisdom in forcing all owners with «run flat» tires, I wouldn’t be able to get one in that day. Decided then and there to replace all my tires with regular tires. Despite it being 2:30pm, they sent someone to their warehouse to get my new tires. Out of there at 5:30. Great service and knowledge.

I chose this place because it’s literally 2 mins from my apartment and I didn’t want to drive too far since my tire was almost flat because it had a screw in it. I didn’t have to make an appointment I just went right in and they looked at my car right away. I was expecting to have to get a whole new tire but they just patched it for $ 25. It took them less than 15 mins. Great service! I’ll definitely go back if I need anything else done.

I first came here out of convenience. Its walking distance to my place. But after having my tires changed, brakes done, oil changed, and alignment checked, I find myself a satisfied customer.
Customer service is great. Especially Roger. He checked my alignment, and even though most car shops would have charged me $ 90 to do one [needlessly or not], he told me I didn’t need one at all. Honesty in the car repair business is a rare thing and should be appreciated when you find a gem like this shop.

I was helped by Rodger and his team. I had to do some repairs for my car to pass smog. Rodger was exceedingly friendly and helpful. He helped me track down a part that could not be found next door and even installed it for free.
I was very impressed with how I was treated. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of in fact quite the opposite. They were upfront, and went beyond what they needed to do to help me get my car in working order.

Roger, Miguel and the team at this location are all top notch. More importantly they are trustworthy and dependable.
I have had 4 different vehicles serviced here and will continue to come back as I know they are good folks and a lot is riding on your tires.

Had a nail in a tire. They were closing in 30 minutes. Drove up and they took me right away. They inspected all my tires. They fixed my tire and charged me a fair price. Good customer service.

Had a popped tire, and went in for immediate assistance. They were able to help me and got the job done quick! Great customer service too!

Went in today after having a difficult time putting air in my tires at a gas station. I was helped right away. A lady mechanic quickly put the right amount of air and was out of there in less then 10 minutes. She was very helpful and kind! I will definitely come back to this location for all my tire needs.

Stopped in after stopping at another unnamed tire shop around the corner with a screw in my tire. Was told a 2hr wait and told to move my car. So, I hopped back in my car and moved on over to Allen Tire and talked to the manager Roger. He told me 1.5 hours but said he wanted to look at it first. Roger came out with his screw driver and squirt bottle, slowly removed the screw while checking for leaks and announced there was no problem and nothing to be done. He then checked my tire pressure. All for no charge. All in about 10 minutes. Roger and Allen Tire know customer service and they stole this customer from that Firestone place. Ooooops. Thanks Roger, Allen Tire has it down!!!

Stopped by here last week when my TPMS light was on to have them check it out. The worker took quick look at my tires and said everything was okay and it was just my tire pressure which they adjusted. A couple days later my TPMS light comes back on and then my tire blows out on the freeway causing a few hundred dollars of damage in addition to the cost of replacing my tires. Really wish they would have caught the issue before it ended up blowing out on me since thats why i brought my car to them in the first place. They could have repaired the issue or sold me a pair of new tires and i would have saved a few hundred on replacing the fender liner of my 2014 lexus.

Really helpful and nice group of guys. Roger went the extra mile for this first time customer when I dropped my car off after a warning light came on.
He sat with me, showed me all what it was, and helped me to understand the issue
