History

Established in 2009.

The Galatas Group, LLC was established in 2009 because our team discovered the need among small to mid-​sized companies for outsourced expertise in employment related matters. As human resource practitioners, we are familiar with many national and international human resource service providers. While excellent, many of these companies focus almost exclusively on mid to large sized companies and are often unable to cost-​effectively work with small businesses.

The Galatas Group is designed to meet the human resources needs of the small business owner. We can be competitive because of our low overhead and our commitment to superior quality, customer service and customized programs.

Donna G.

Business Owner

Besides having a great sense of humor and down-​to-​earth approach, Donna Galatas, founder and Vice Empress at The Galatas Group, LLC, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the tactical and strategic aspects of human resources management.

Before forming The Galatas Group, LLC, she held positions as Director, Human Resources for The Auto Parts Group and Vice President, Human Resources for GreenLeaf Auto Recyclers, LLC. Prior to working in the recycled automotive parts industry, Donna was the Director of Human Resources for Monarch Dental, and has held senior level HR positions at McLane FoodService Distribution, Inc. and Walt Disney Imagineering.

She has a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and an MA in Human Resource Management from Rollins College.

Donna works with an extensive team of experts and will leverage all of their strengths to meet your needs.
