Description

Specialties

Every Orphan’s Hope shares the love and hope of Jesus Christ with orphans in Zambia, Africa. We build brick homes in AIDS-affected communities where orphans and widows build new lives together as a family. Guided by a «mama,» orphans are raised to life in Christ in the community where they are known and are surrounded by their peers. Jesus is their hope — but He needs our heart and hands!

History

Established in 2002.

Gary Schneider was reading an article in USA Today about the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Zambia and its devastating effect on orphans when photo of a young African boy reminded him of his son Garrett. Right then, God spoke to Gary’s heart. «The love you feel for your son, is the love I feel for these orphans.»

Every Orphan’s Hope shares the light of Christ to orphans and widows in Zambia. Our ONE:27 Sponsorship program pairs an orphan with a sponsor who gives $ 27 a month to provide for the care of that orphan. ONE hundred percent of your donation goes toward the care of your sponsored child.

The HIV/AIDS pandemic has orphaned more than 15 million children but through God all things are possible. Join us in bringing His Word and his hope to the orphans, their «mamas» that we have paired them with, and their communities. Please visit our website, everyorphan.org.
