As a food critic, the server was not bad but the cole slaw could use a little work. You need to add some lemon or vinegar and a bit of a sweet factor. A little fresh parsley would not be bad. The bun on my burger was burned and soggy at the same time. The over all flavor was good, it just needs a little tweaking. The mushroom Swiss burger not bad, but where are the mushrooms? Also trying to cut paper and eating it on the bottom of my plate is not that tasty. Paper does not taste that good. Also, the servers need to pay more attention to customers rather than the cute guy sitting 2 tables over. He is not going to tip them, but I am. Krista was ok, but she really should pay more attention to her customers. She really did not care about waiting on customers. She was only interested in getting a date from the table next to mine.

Want to love it for the location, BUT this was the second time we tried it in a week and it was not good. The servers are very nice but extremely disorganized, took almost 30 minutes for chips and queso. Also the second time I ordered something on the menu they don’t have, if you aren’t going to carry it just take it off the menu. Food was cold and the order was wrong! So badly wanted this place to succeed but not sure I can deal with SLOW INACCURATE service another tine.

This place is awesome, unlike their counterpart located on warren. Their food is always fresh, pretty cheap, but excellent service. They’re very attentive and all are very cheerful. This place gets busy so expect it to be a little crowded. I personally love their bacon wrapped jalapeño peppers, they’re amazing. I would definitely go back.

The hot wings and burgers here are really good. Homemade potato chips are great. I’m pretty happy about the new patio that they just opened up. The triples the size the bar on the night that I showed up it was pretty packed outside. TVs outside have the Rangers playing on several and the Cowboys on the rest. Finally a great patio on the west side of Frisco. Great improvement!

I read the bad reviews here and took them all with a grain of salt but wow, I should have listened in the first place. The service is straight up terrible. Ordered a quesadilla and a beer and it’s been 45 minutes and I’ve yet to see it. Lord have mercy on this place because that’s just uncalled for.
Edit: the quesadilla arrived exactly an hour after I ordered it. The beer arrived after I complained to the manager.

We went to this place for dinner and after waiting for over 30 min. we only were served one entrée out of the three that were ordered. After waiting another 30 min. We asked to pay for the portion we received and were then promptly over charged for food the we never received. Then we had to go to the bar to make adjustments to the over charged portion of our bill and pay because our waitress continued to ignore us and never returned. While in line I had the opportunity to meet another extremely nice customer who was experiencing another similar experience and trying to take care of their lack of attention and bill as well. In short worst service ever and we will never return, wasted my time and money. In a word… Nightmare!
Update — After speaking to the general manager everything came into focus, the only thing he managed to do was an even worse job than his employees. Please read the rest of the reviews before you make the same mistake that we did. If you’ve ever wondered how a grown man can end up spending his entire life working for a sports bar take a few seconds to talk to their general manager… and find out everything he knows.

Very small bar. Bartenders are nice. Food takes a while, but well-​priced for the large portion. Always a boring crowd. Sausage fest. Dark inside. Desperately needs covered outdoor patio.

Food was great and so was the server/​bartender. Great smile and service. Will return again. Chili and grilled cheese delicious

Don’t waste your money!!! Even Jake’s has better service than this place!!! And even though this is the place is two miles from my house to get a drink and sit on a patio, I will never return. I have tried it several times. The service had been good the first few times. The last two times I went I was amazed at how rude my fiancé and I were treated. There was only one other table there besides us the last time I went. I can see why. I imagine that the bartender chased away anyone else that even walked in. He acted like it wasn’t his job to acknowledge us, take our order or serve us. I really am surprised I even stayed after trying to order my first drink. The service was truly appalling and I will not spend another dime at this place.

I know the owner or owners must be wondering why this place isn’t taking off like it should. They need to look no further than their staff. Why on earth, when you have the only restaurant, with the only patio, is it empty at noon on a beautiful Saturday? The bartender absolutely hates his job and hates on every person that walks in the door. He smarted off to me under his bread but when I called him on it he wouldn’t admit it…
This was our second visit and its just getting worse… I mean, the numbers don’t lie…
Also, what bar doesn’t have champagne for mimosas… This one. And I asked if they could put an egg on my burger and he said they don’t carry eggs… What kitchen does not have eggs??? This one…
NOTE TO OWNER. Your staff is single handedly squandering your investment… The new patio you are building will be nice, but you’ll never pack that place with the current attitudes… I hope you act…

We had a great time!!! Place was packed. Service was great! I ordered potato skins. Very yummy! Our server was very attentive. I’ll be back!

Not very good. Slow service, bland queso, watery ranch, dry and burnt burger. Wings are ok.

Got wings and a burger last night. Both were great. Place was not busy (5:30 on a weeknight) and service was good. Good beers on tap. Seating for more than a party of four could be challenging. Some of the earlier negative reviews may have come right after this place opened, while they were working out the kinks. We will be back for sure.

A great spot to hang and have a beer. Love the bar tenders and wait staff. Biggest complaint. Every time we have gone in (which during football season was every Sunday) they are always out of food. Never have what it says on the menu.

Wow this place somehow got a bad rap… Maybe it was staff from a near by competitor. If you like small clean bars that everyone speaks to everyone, then try this place out. Wings good, drinks good, staff friendly. I live in the area and like a place with good music and no drama.

I had heard the place was good from several neighbors. I live minutes from here so I came for dinner on a Tuesday night which is half off wings night. I tried 6 BBQ wings and they were awesome. Huge meaty wings done just right. Next was the plain ol burger but I added cheese and bacon. Also very good. My favorite thing though was their home made potato chips. Absolutely delicious. Hopefully the previous reviews don’t tarnish their rep. I had no problem with their service. I recommend this place with confidence.

Horrible crappy service. First time was not very good but second time (tonight) I ordered wings and never even got them. Place was not that busy. Checked out after two quarters with still no wings and never coming here again.

Have come here a couple times now. Came once during a week night and ordered a burger. It was one of the best burgers I have had in the area. Thick juicy patties with any fixin you might want. Also many options on the fries. We came here another night with some friends to drink a few beers and watch some footballball. Service was great, never had to wait on our drinks. I will say the place is pretty small though. If you have more than four people in your party you are going to have a hard time sitting together, unless you can line up at the bar.

This was the worst service i have ever had we walked in last night to try it out no one greets us… It was seat your self witch was fine but after sitting at the table for almost 15 mins not one server came to get are drink order or give us menus the server cook and bartender all stood around the end of the bar caring on wile the place looked busy because of how small it was you would think they could tell when new people walked in… As a executive chef from Maryland i came to Taxes to spend the holiday with all my family that live down here and needless to say i told all my family and there friends down here to never eat at this place and i would be calling to speak to the owner or GM to explain to him/​her about how horrible there service was do not recommend anyone to eat there!!!
