This property is very clean and well maintained! I’ve always had a great response from the management, and never had any issues with anything. Nowadays that is rare, as it seems most companies today do as little as possible to get or retain customers. I would have given this company 5 stars if not for my only complaint, which is just under a year of having the unit, my rent was raised, not by very much, regardless it’s a lot to chew on for something that is just for storage and already an expensive cost as it is and Something you would prefer to not need, and hate to pay for anyway. So to raise that price even $ 5.00 a month is taxing since it’s a dreaded expense to begin with! So now the concern is, what made it go up? will it go up again? Will it go down when whatever made it go up improves? Do I need to shop for another one? Was there a way to make a longer commitment to keep it from going up?! Again a storage unit is like insurance for some people it’s a necessary expense that you most times never use so a competitive cost is crucial, and being that you can’t just easily go somewhere else if your not happy, not without a huge expense at least for me, since what I’m storing I won’t need for a few years yet it’s too much to just move from place to place with out movers. Like I said other than that fear, this company has been great and it’s very clean, professional, and well maintained!

We stored our things here for several months while waiting for our new home to be built. The climate-controlled unit was super-clean, and we never had any problems accessing our unit. The office staff was helpful and it was very simple and fair to set up the contract as well as to cancel it when we were done. I would highly recommend Stonebrook Storage.

This is a super clean and quiet storage facility. The unit we were given was indoor and has air conditioning, which was great for the summer. However, the staff made a few mistakes for us. First, we came to set up the unit, and they had us down for the wrong type of unit, but they fixed that problem. Then, they gave us a code and told us that our code would start working the night before our move in date and that the storage facility lock would be removed then too. So we showed up with movers that we were paying by the hour a few days later and our code did not work and the lock was still on… When I called, no one answered, and no one was at the office because it was the weekend. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to come remove the lock, all the while I was paying the movers to just sit there and wait. We kept our stuff there for one month while we waited for our new house to be ready. All the while, our gate code never worked. When we came to move out, there were huge dead crickets all over. While I was glad they were dead, I did not like how many were way inside our indoor unit on the floor with all our stuff. Eww.
