There was a poisonous moisture absorbing silica dry pack in my $ 30 medium pizza. See picture. Pizza was late and sub par quality as well. Too much cheese and way too greasy. STAYAWAY!

The pizza took so long and the customer service is not so friendly. The pizza was soggy and had no flavor. Spent over $ 40 and it definitely wasnt worth it.

The worst pizza and starters ever eaten, without any flavor or taste. Complete waste of my time and money.

First off, yes it is over priced… But it is delicious and if you’re in the mood to splurge for a really good pizza then this is your place. The Chicago deep dish… Oh my. So good! The cheesecake is also great. The pasta dishes are alright. Deep dish and hand tossed are the best. Toppings are expensive… But if you’re in the mood to drop some money on a pizza then you can’t go wrong.

So we’ve ordered Delivery twice from this location. The first time was the Pizza and it was pretty good with the Breadsticks which are delicious as well. The second time we ordered the Family portion of Lasagna with Meatsauce and Meatballs and it was«OFFTHECHARTS» for an establishment such as this one. Was very pleased and we were able to eat it for several meals as a couple. Breadsticks were great and the Canoli was delicious as well. Glad to have this restaurant nearby. Will keep ordering.

Ordered for pickup twice, and both times were great. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but the quality was definitely there. Friendly staff and pizza was piping hot.

Best deep dish pizza I have ever had. My daughter, who doesn’t typically like pizza ask that I order Rosattis all of the time. If you order the deep dish, don’t expect it to be like chain pizza… it is so much better. We won’t order anywhere else.

This place has the worst pizza I have ever eaten and it’s expensive. Nice people but I’m not sure how they stay in business

Terrible, overpriced with cheap cheese and barely any toppings. I have to re-create it just to be able to eat it. I wish I could return it.

Pretty Tasty! I recommend asking for well done if you like crispy bits like I do! I like the square pieces. The sausage and pepperoni were just ok… the bacon made the work delish!

Now I’m not from Chicago and I’ve never been there so I can’t compare, but I love their deep dish pizza. Granted if you grew up in Chicago your opinion might differ from mine(but you’re probably also the person who thinks Taco Bell is Mexican food). One slice of their deep dish is a meal! We’ve done both delivery and take out and never had a problem. This location is not a sit down restaurant like their other location in McKinney. I can’t speak for the rest of their menu items, but I am in love with their deep dish. A nice treat!

We have been driving by Rosatis for almost 4 years now and always talk about giving it a shot. The menu has some different options than your typical pizza takeout joint and boy do the pictures on the website look appetizing. Well last night was the first and last time for us. We ordered 6 buffalo wings, a house salad, an Italian sub and a Caprese sub. What we were craving was hot gooey meaty cheesy crispy bread sandwiches, a cold crisp salad and crispy tamand what we got was 6 soggy wings, sandwiches that reminded me of those crap bag lunches we got on school field trips and a warm salad. I think the driver must have rolled his car a few times or maybe drug the delivery bag behind his car. The food did not look appetizing. I know you always take a chance with takeout or delivery but when its your core business model, I expect more.

I’ve been living in Frisco for several years and in the past Rosati’s was a splurge that was worth the money. Alas, not anymore. Not sure if they changed management or simply stopped caring but for the price you pay the pizza has gone down the tubes. I called at 6:49 and ordered a large pizza and a house salad to be delivered at which time they said it would be there in 40 minutes. An hour and ten minutes goes by with no pizza. I call back and inquire about it and the girl hastily tells me– it is actually 40 minutes to an hour and the delivery left 17 minutes ago, it should be at your door any second. Now had they told me it could have been an hour I wouldn’t have ordered at all. Finally, at 8:08 I open my door to see a pizza, but not in one of those nifty hot case things. Rosati’s has you tip before you deliver and makes no mention of the delivery charge when they ask you if you will tip your driver. That means I got to pay 6 dollars for my pizza to chill on this guys front seat for the last 25 plus minutes. All in all I spent over 40 dollars for an ice cold pizza. Maybe if the pizza had been hot it wouldn’t have tasted like garbage but based on the rest of this experience I’m going to say that their quality control went out the door with their service. I threw half the pizza in the garbage because it was literally inedible. I can go to Pizza Hut and get a pizza that tastes better with the same number of toppings for ten bucks AND it’s hot. Never again Rosati’s– best of luck to you.

We’ve ordered from this pizza joint a few times and it’s been satisfactory but never exceptional.(My wife would disagree). Tonight we were not in the mood for the norm(i.e. pizza hut, papa johns) and Papa Murphy’s was closed, which is our preference. So… We decided to call and get a delivery. Originally, I contacted the store which was nearest to my home, based upon mileage from Google(Little Elm), but was rudely told/asked«did you call the right store?» when I provided my address. I thought I had because it was a half mile closer to my home than the other store listed(East Frisco) but I guess the delivery charge of $ 3.00(seriously) doesn’t actually pertain to the distance but to who actually wants to serve someone. After I was hung up upon from the Little Elm store I contacted the East Frisco location as my wife was adamant about getting Rosati’s. I was greeted nicely but after the order was placed was asked, «what do you want to tip?» I’m sorry, but I believe tips are earned and not an automatic entitlement. Rude across the board! When the delivery arrived our driver was very nice and was earlier than promised but the pizza was not the one ordered. I contacted the store and spoke with the store supervisor/manager and was comped for the pizza, which was more than I expected, but these experiences have made me quite reticent of ever trying this place again even after being offered a free pizza on our next order. I’m not a fan of offering bad reviews, as I believe most people take pride in their work, but after our experience last night I have to wonder if the owner is actually involved in the business and if this business actually cares about who they serve.

I’ve been hesitant to write a review about my recent experience here because I know in my heart that this place makes a very specific product(Chicago style pizza) for a very specific crowd(people who like this style of pizza) and guess what? Thats perfectly fine. I’m a big boy, I never had to pick up the phone and order from them and they did not deceive me nor did they make a bad pizza. it just wasn’t what I like. It’s unique and I think thats the best way to put it. I had high expectations because with delivery fee, tip and a 2-liter of Diet Coke, this 16″ pizza was very expensive. I thought for the amount they charge, it must taste incredible. For both of us, the dominant flavor was rotten pickled leeks and as much as we tried, we couldn’t get past the first slice or two and ended up throwing the entire thing away. We could have called back and complained, but I think this is they way maybe its supposed to be and how could they change it to be more mainstream. I think maybe all of the other Chicago style pizza’s in my life must have been made wrong because I liked them and this one I didn’t. I’ve had«bad pizza» many times in my life, but I have never had a pizza that I couldn’t stomach and had to pitch. They didn’t skimp on ingredients at all — just the opposite — this thing was loaded like no other. We ordered the thin crust«The Works» because it was the original the company started with many years back and built their empire on the shoulders of this one pie. First thing to notice was the ton of cheese on top, which was covered with hard and crunch bits of bacon. Underneath… the only discernible thing were the onions and lots of them. Everything else was pretty much one flavor and all masked by the off putting pickled leek smell and taste. The bacon bits were so hard that we found ourselves having to spit them out like seeds. But again, I am not sure they did anything wrong. It wasn’t like they were trying to be cheap — they weren’t — the number and quantity of toppings were very impressive — almost a wow — so my guess is that this is a very unique micro-regional appealing style of pizza that I am not accustomed to. My advice is to be very sure you like this kind of pizza,.

I’m very sad. Got the sandwich again and it just wasn’t the same. It wasn’t toasted right, the cheese wasn’t warm, the bread wasn’t crusty, and it was wet. I had to tip it so the liquid ran out and the flavor just wasn’t a standout. I wish I knew who made my first one so I can get it again and get the taste of this last one out of my mouth.

I tried this place for the first time recently and after hearing mixed reviews, I was unsure what to expect. We called in for delivery and ordered a thin crust pie, half cheese and half sausage, also bread sticks. The food arrived in about 45 minutes(which we fully expected). It smelled and looked good. The pizza wasn’t hot so that was a bummer, but it was really tasty so I was able to forget the temperature. The crust was super thin and crunchy, yum! The bread sticks tasted like fried pieces of heaven. Not sure how these were made, but they tasted like fried dough(sans, sugar)…man, were they addicting. Not what I was expecting, but they were a nice add to our meal. All and all his place was good although I might try for pickup next time for hotter pizza!

First, the good news: they have great pizza! Lots of options, toppings are fresh and the sauce is delish without being salty. Now the sad news: they’re takeout or delivery only; they don’t seem to allow substitutions which can be pricey; and worst of all, the delivery guy who came last time actually guilted me into a bigger tip than I’ve EVER given a pizza delivery guy. Now maybe I’m a little out of touch and need to read up on this, but isn’t 2 – 3 bucks tip enough? He wanted way more and when I had to go into my change jar and dredge up quarters to satisfy him, I felt stupid and cheap. I don’t like feeling stupid and cheap so I may not order from them again, or at least I’ll go get it myself. A shame, too, because they have good pizza.
