I work out at Texas Family Fitness and park across from Life Changing Chiropractic almost every day. Recently I’ve had some tingling sensation going down my arm during workouts.
Oh a whim I walked in yesterday. Dr Adam came out to discuss my situation and spent close to 15 mins talking with me. He was able to fit me in today for my first ever Chiropractic session. He took x-​Rays, asked a ton of questions, and put me through a battery of movements while he took notes. Everything looked modern, new and clean.
We went over my x-​rays and he suggested a plan of action. He had time to do my first adjustments and gave me stretches and exercises to do over the weekend.
I made another appointment to see him Tuesday. I left feeling «refreshed.» I’ve heard Chiropractic adjustments can be addicting. Now I know why!
Several hours later I still feel loose and refreshed. Can’t wait to go back!
