Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning

These are the nicest guys. They were available early and called to let me know. They did a great job on my rugs and carpet and moved all the furniture in my family room to get every inch of my rug. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Very prompt, friendly and thorough. They moved most of the furniture out of the way and were fast about getting the job done. We had a number of spots that are now gone. Floors dried within 8 hours on a humid day. Thanks guys!

I have just used Parker Brothers for the second time. The service was every bit as good as it was the first time. They are friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Plus when I call they answer the phone. I don’t need to wait for them to call me back. No doubt will use them again.

Best carpet cleaning company we have ever used! Always friendly, on time, and do a great job! We have had problems with our cat urinating on one spot in our closet and Parker brothers have always swooped in and left our carpet smelling fresh and clean! They give great tips and have great prices! If they feel they cannot get the job done to your satisfaction they recommend someone to help! Love their service!

Great customer service! They called to let me know they were on the way. Brad Parker and nephew arrived to clean our carpets, which I really liked that the Parker family was actually doing the job. Did not try and sell me a bigger package or products, in fact I forgot to mention that I had a small office space and he just added it on for free. Great service and will definitely use again!

I would give less than 1 star, but that it not an option. After reason several reviews (88 to be exact) of how fantastic this company was, I decided to give them a call. 4 calls in fact and one email. No call or email was ever returned over a 2 day period. I am now convinced all 88 reviews were written by all 88 Parker Brothers. Anyway, I ended up call Jonas at The Clean Station who came out within an hour and did a fantastic job at a great price!!! To everyone who cannot make contact with the Parker Brothers, please give Jonas a call, he will not disappoint.

Negatives:
This company uses buffer pad cleaning instead of hot water extraction. All this does is grind high traffic dirt into a blended look which the pile is then raked up making it look temporarily clean. Here is example of buffers just grinding it in
Had I known this, I would have moved on to hot water extraction company.
They do not accept credit cards! I had to be followed to the bank to pay in cash. Very inconvenient. Something that was not disclosed on website or the phone when making the appointment.
Any spot stains that can’t be scrubbed by a buffer, they just ignore it. For example, had a sticky stain near a baseboard and they didn’t do any manual touching of stain. If it couldn’t be done by large rotary machine, it was bypassed.
Large rotary machine can’t reach corners effectively.
One brother was pessimistic about cleaning and laments over 30 years of how homeowners have terrible carpet (my rental is doomed from the start). Machine can’t get close enough to baseboards so he says it’s normal tackboard oxidation. Ohh ok. how about the middle of carpet then?
Resistance to rescrub high traffic areas. One Parker brother was polite asking the other to reclean it, but he complained it wouldn’t help «cheap carpet». Well thanks for your input, but could spend more than 30 seconds scrubbing an area. The 2^nd passover did indeed help, but again, all it was doing was blending high traffic dirt into a more eye friendly glance.
Final Conclusion:
After a week, the carpet had the same dirty look. I dug my Bissell out of storage and the extraction water was dark brown but extremely cleaner than paying $ 300 for mediocre floor buffering. Mehh. Outdated cleaning method, stick to Bissell or use a company that actually uses hot water extraction.

I have used this company 3 times and I am never disappointed. I would not consider them cheap, but you really get what you pay for. They guys themselves are brothers and you usually get a pair of them. I like the family oriented company. They are kind and courteous and very friendly. They keep track of your past work history to make for easy quoting and they offer seasonal discounts. They were on time for my appointment of Saturday @ 8AM, and apart from that they got me that appointment as late as Tuesday so I was happy to get quick service. They move your big furniture items and they vacuum first then clean. they used antibacterial solutions to help with all the seasonal bugs too! they are careful in how they clean as to keep your wood floors dry and maintain a clean job while they are here. I keep their card on my fridge and plan to use them next season after the holidays! I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Great Service! They Even Vacuumed behind my Refrigerator They arrived on time and my Carpet was completely dry before we went to bed. Looks new, smells great, feels like a Baby’s butt.

Highly recommend. Prompt return call, accommodating appointment time, prompt arrival, clear friendly explanations, no upsell, great job cleaning, very efficient. We have crappy landlord carpets and we have two dogs and two cats, and the guys made them look a heck of a lot better. Enjoyed the additional information on how they treat stains with the enzymes and acid wash or whatever it was, and the tips for me to treat stains. Everything was as advertised. The carpets look great. They dried without residue or that soapy feeling they had the last time a competitor cleaned our carpets, and they dried in the exact amount of time they said they would. Very fair price. We will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who asks.

The positives, they are super friendly and responsive to my calls. Then negative, we had an area rug with stains from my dog that got very sick. I wanted to make sure they can get it out before using the service so i didn’t waste 150 dollars. They were very confident they can. Well it made it smell far worse, mildew scent. I called them and they said wait a few days. The smell was so bad I had to leave it outside. They did come back to try and re clean, but no luck. Carpet is thrown out and so too was the 150 dollars.
They are probably great for regular treatments but not for severe treatments.

We have been using Parker Brothers for more 3 years. Get them to come and clean the carpets and upholstrey every year. Always get the same great guys to show up and do a FANTASTIC job. Very profession, super nice, and very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I don’t know what to say about these guys except for honest hard-​working and great. We are new to the area and needed our furniture and throw carpets cleaned after they had been shipped all the way from Hawaii. looking on Unilocal to try to figure out who would be the best carpet cleaner for the job. I so lucked out they showed up and did our carpet and it was great but when it came to the furniture they realize they could not do a good job and decided to tell me that it was not going to get as clean as they would like it they are very honest they could’ve cleaned it and taking my money but instead they didn’t take my money and they tried their best to get it cleaned but could not what kind of people do that. I will definitely use them again and I hope this review helps others find that these guys are the honest guys in town. And didn’t excellent job on the

I cannot commend these guys enough! Not only were they prompt, but they were thorough. It was very apparent they cared about the quality of their work, and it showed. Not only did they clean the quoted areas, but treated my entry ways at no extra charge.
They are also the friendliest and most polite company I have ever dealt with. From the initial call to the end of the service, they were up front and honest.
In short, these guys are the best. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Parker Brothers for more than 4 years, and I recommend them to everyone. They don’t sub out the work, so you always get 2 of the bros. I’ve used them for carpet and for cleaning couches and chairs. No complaints, and they are big dog friendly. I have 2 boxers who love to chew rawhides on our white carpet, and they’ve given me tips on how to organically clean the stains in between my twice-​yearly cleanings. They are always on time, flexible with scheduling, utterly professional, and really fun, nice people. Skip the chains. Keep your money local.

Parker Brothers delivers service excellence! They are friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! I hired them to make-​ready the carpets for a rental home, as well as to repair carpet that had been pulled back and left for dead by another vendor. They cleaned, sanitized, and re-​installed the carpet perfectly. The house looked amazing! I will keep Parker Brothers on the tip of my tongue to recommend to family and friends, and will definitely re-​hire them for future jobs.

About 90 days after having Parker Brothers clean my carpets, I noticed a slight pet odor in one room of my home. I called Parker Brothers for suggestions on what I should do to fix this problem. They happily came back at NO CHARGE and treated this room again. They are top notch, stand behind their work and have a customer for life! Thanks guys!

I actually chose Parker Brothers because of the reviews on Unilocal.It was a wise choice.
My husband actually had all of the interactions, so I’m going off of what he said. The initial phone call was easy. They were very professional and polite. Setting up a time was super easy.
The day of the cleaning they were ON TIME (a foreign idea to so many in the service industry) and very friendly. They moved furniture, vacuumed, and of course cleaned the carpet. For whatever reason they did all of the carpet (except the bedroom) even though they had only quoted our living room. (I think this was because when they saw how small the living room was, they felt like it wasn’t worth $ 100. We live in a small apartment, so there wasn’t much more to clean.)
Bottom line, I was thrilled with the outcome. The carpet was beautiful. And people, I had pee stains from a certain puppy-​now-​dog that shall remain nameless. Those were gone! I almost got my will out and ditched the hubs and added the Parker family!
So, I would definitely recommend these folks for your carpet cleaning needs!

These guys are the best! I’m a dog trainer, and have dogs constantly coming and going from the house. One can imagine between muddy paws and other yuck, well, our carpets were in desperate need of a good cleaning. I searched around and ended up calling the Brothers. My house smelled great, the carpets looked and stayed beautiful, they were fast and extremely nice. I recommend them to you and all of my clients as well.

Moving into your first newly-​constructed house should be an exciting time, right? Well not if you have two seriously neurotic dachshunds, like I do. Within a year of living in my home, my dogs have managed to ruin all carpeted areas with various combos of bodily fluids that I’d rather not discuss.

I planned to call around to get pricing from various companies. During my first phone conversation I gave a brief description of my house and areas that needed to be cleaned. I received a very reasonable quote so calling competitors was not necessary. I booked my appointment right then.
The service was on time, quick, and professional. They even moved my furniture for free so they could clean some of the areas only my mischievous dachshunds can get to.
I highly recommend Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning and I won’t even consider calling anyone else for carpet cleaning from now on.
