Lived here for about 2 years and really loved it. Melissa is their best leasing agent — always helpful and SO kind! The maintenance staff is friendly and willing to help you with just about anything. They recently got new management which definitely forced long time residents like myself out because they ended up jacking up the prices and requiring full amenity upgrades so we decided to move on.

If you work from home and want to have access to everthing in an matter of minutes.
You definitely have to check it out. I don’t mind sharing space. :-)

I’ve lived here for three years and the prices are the best in the area. Maintenance is ok– Ted is great. Always gives 100% to fix any problems. Quiet/​family community. Pools are ok. Staff is mediocre and always changing. Had 3 managers since living here. Nice facility
I wrote the top part for majority good experience. I have heard things about poor staff and rats but never believed it until boom saw a rat the other day in broad daylight (ew) and also referred a friend to live in the apts and was told I would get $ 50 off my rent for the next year. I resigned before my friend committed and they told me and her I would no longer get this due to signing my lease already. Well glad I didn’t give up. I called the corporate office and Dean was great. He looked into my file and a day later, I got the discount again. I was so angry since I have been a resident for three years and will be there a total of four. My advice is get everything in writing!!!
