We’ve lived here for almost 3 months now, and we absolutely love it. When we first moved in, there was an issue with the fire alarms. However, it seems to be completely under control now. Beautiful apartments, amazing amenities, great staff. Probably the best place we’ve lived so far and are already talking about renewing!

Great office staff but serious problem with their fire alarm system! This is the 4th or 5th complex-​wide false alarm in the last year. One day the alarms sounded all day long — forcing us out for the entire day. That’s a major problem when you work from home. Tonight they are sounding again.

Shortly after moving into this brand new complex, some year and a half ago, I had howling wind noise down the open-​air hallways. Since I was one of the first residents, I experienced construction noise daily and alarms being tested. For someone that works from home, it was awful. Suddenly, for me, the complex sold about six months into my lease — the building sold and the name changed. Now, the new staff is the worst. I would NEVER recommend anyone renting here. There are a lot of apartments in the area and this one doesn’t take care of renters.
