Wrote down a tip when I didn’t put one and made my account get an over draft fee and then refused to do anything about it. Screw this place!!!

Joe’s has the worst service. It took an hour and a half to get my order delivered, and when it was delivered it was completely wrong. When I called the manager to explain, he started yelling at me and calling me a liar, saying it was my fault the order was wrong. Never order food through them!!!

THEJOEYOUARELOOKINGFORIFYOUWANTTOEATATJOE’S You must try the cream of mushroom soup here or you are missing out on the second best soup in Frisco(the best is Nola’s she crab soup, read my review) but oh my goodness this soup is divine! If you speak Greek, you will be pleased to know that the owner speaks Greek even though it’s an Italian restaurant and I constantly bug him to help me with my pronunciation of more difficult words. The submarine sandwiches are piled high with generous portions of the best cold cut meats and their Greek salad is amazing. The house dressing is made with puréed tomatoes and has the perfect zing and it’s great to drizzle on top of the Italian cold cut sub. The pizza is fantastic, the baked dishes are great and the service is excellent. If you’re searching for a «Joe’s»(because all the best Italian family restaurants are named«Joe’s») look no further. It’s exactly what you would expect a «Joe’s» to be!

We are staying 5 minutes from Joes Pizza. We ordered a medium pizza and wings. A man who doesn’t understand English took our order. I told him 3 times where we were and finally he put a man he called«Joe» on the phone. I told Joe where were staying. After the 3rd phone call we were told our order was on the way. Our pizza was barely warm and the wings just a tad warmer. The flavor was very good, however I don’t think warm and barely warm is a great threshold for a good review. I called and once again got the gentleman who didn’t speak much English. He said he was Joe. I questioned that and he admitted Joe wasn’t there. Joe, what the heck?

Joe and I ordered two pizzas from this establishment while visiting Frisco, Texas. When the pizzas arrived, I was the first to open the box. I will admit, at first glance, I thought this pizza would surely be one for the books. I’m not saying it was bad,(I actually quite enjoyed it) the pizza just left more to be desired. Joe and I both agree, the pizza could use more sauce…

Joes is a great family run NY style pizza, pasta and sub place in Frisco. I’m only sorry it took us years to find it. The pizza and calzones are the best around, hands down. Much better than any chain pizza place. Great crust and sauce. Wife ordered baked ziti and pasta was good. Only thing I would change would be for the owners to make their own meatballs vs frozen vendor items. They were the generic frozen ones you would find at the grocery store and not very good. Everything else was amazing! They are easy to make and really can define a great pizza, pasta and sub place. Give them a shot and you will be very happy. plus who wouldn’t rather support a local business vs a chain when they quality is so much better! Thanks Joe’s! You are our new pizza place.

It’s a sitdown pizza restaurant, and I like the ability to order pizza by the slice, and order the toppings that can be put on it. But unfortunately the pizza seemed to be quite mundane.

Great lunch spot. Quick service, ample seating. 2LARGE slices of pizza, fresh side salad, and a drink for $ 7.50. Pizza is made to order or you can choose what’s available. Salad is made right in front of you. I’ll definitely go back.

Went to Joes for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. 2 slices of pizza, salad and drink for 7.50. The pizza and salad was excellent. Friendly environment.

Okay Pizza, but taking two stars away due to outdated online menu prices, and the surprise extra charge. The half/half 1 — topping pizza being considered 2 toppings(also outdated topping prices on online menu). Ended up being charged about 40% more than online advertised price. Not bad food, but I had a sour experience.

Called in at 9:35(they were scheduled to close at 10:00) to place a delivery order. I didn’t wait until 9:59 or anything crazy… I hate doing that to restaurants, having worked in one before. The gentleman was polite enough while he took down my order. I provided my card number for payment. All seemed to be going smoothly. It was at this point that he asked me how much I was going to leave as a tip for the delivery driver. I told him that I didn’t know, that tips weren’t a set-in-stone type of thing. *Granted… I am usually a phenomenal tipper. However, should someone be rude or anything unpleasant, I reserve the right to not tip, right?* Well, I expressed that I didn’t know, that it would depend on the delivery and driver, and that I had never been asked that before. He immediately became irate, raising his voice and rudely explaining how HE wasn’t going to wait around to close the machine down. That he needed to know NOW. I promptly cancelled the order and told him not to charge my card. I understand the logic behind it. Had the approach been taken with a different tact, I would have gladly had him charge no tip on card(so he could close out the machine) and tipped the driver in cash. Win-win for everyone: I get the food I want, the driver gets their tip, and the manager(maybe owner?) gets to go home at a reasonable time after closing. I won’t be ordering here again anytime soon.

Awesome lunch specials. Pizza is so good. Customer service is good. I like the dining room it was very inviting. The side salad was so good and fresh. I love the ranch dressing that they use. If I am ever in the area I will be sure to stop in again.

Awful! Horrible customer service and bad food. Over 1 and a half hours for delivery and when I commented on the time the delivery guy argued with me until I proved it. The pizza was cold and like rubber, the wings were soggy. I called and complained with no call returned. There are way too many better pizza options in the area, I will not be back!

Pros –Cherry Coke out of the fountain was good. –Company I was with was excellent. –Plenty of seating. –Front row parking. –Food was hot. Cons –Service was terrible. –Seemed clean but there were flies. That could be the case with opening and closing the door but sickens me cause it could land on food. –And I can’t say enough about the service. Non existent. Went in to have lunch with my son. I recommended the place cause I pass it every once in a while. Walked in and it was dead quiet. There were workers in the corner hanging out but that was cool cause it was dead inside. Not because the blinds were closed not letting some of the nice day shine through the windows but because there was no ambiance, no music, nothing. Walk in and go to the counter to order and we had told the person taking our order that it was our first time in and what does he recommend. I got no response. That was because he was busy looking at Facebook. Finally got his attention and he said everything is good. That’s fine and all but let it be good then. Had the Alfredo with chicken. It was okay. Maybe it was the fact that the portion was too small, too watery or put in the microwave to long. The pizza was better but the ingredients tasted cheap. It was edible but that’s about it. The best part was when the person that took our order pointed at our food at the pick up area and telling us it was ready to be picked up as he played Bejeweled. Owner or not customer service is everything. And there are plenty of pizza and pasta eateries. Which means not only the food has to be good, have fresh ingredients and great taste but the customer service has to be better. That’s what places you above the rest. Now I look like a jack donkey because I picked where we should eat and it was embarrassing for me. Like I can’t pick a decent place to eat. Prices were fair but not for the portion of quality of food.

This is, hands down, the best pizza in town. See how I rhymed there? You can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu. I can personally vouch for the pizza, the manicotti, and the calzone. I would also recommend that you add a salad to everything that you order. Very rarely do we do take out here, but we order to-go all of the time. They are usually pretty quick.

Waited 95 minutes for delivery, and when I called to inquire where our pizza was, they were rude. Plus the pizza was cold and undercooked. Will NEVER order from there again.

Decent pizza, not so great service during peak times. Waiting on my slices for a long while. Finally go up to see if they could tell me when they’d be ready. Completely skipped over my order. Cashier seemed pretty clueless. Slices finally went in the oven when I asked about them. Will not come back, which is a shame because I work within walking distance of this place. Be sure to say to go light on the dressing if you order a salad. They dump a ton on there.

My favorite pizza place in Frisco, next to soon to be built Cowboys training facility. It is a NY-style pizza sold by slice and pie. I am a regular here for lunch. My favorite is grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. For dinner, they have a selection of pasta dishes and chicken in typical Italian sauces. I like their chicken florentine which is lighter and healthier.
