The staff at In-N-Out are super friendly. You can tell that management trains the employees well & that customer service is a top priority. We love the distinctive flavor of their burgers enough that we’d come here more often were it not for the crowds. In-N-Out has developed a following that seems to be craving them every time we are. Hurry up & open a location in Prosper or Celina where the people are hungry & the restaurant pickins are slim to none.

This is probably the tenth visit to this location for me now and each time I receive the same consistently good service and food. I prefer the drive thru where everyone is pleased to see me while enthusiastically filling my order… accuratly and efficiently. A quick burger(your way), fries and a drink all in about twenty minutes makes a great lunch stop. These little devil burgers taste irresistibly delicious and the fries are unmatched. Unbelievably today, they asked me if I wanted lemon in my ice tea! This is my type of place. Keep it up.

I had to see what the long lines were all about for the past two weeks. And honestly, I could not. I ordered the double with everything, chocolate shake and fries. The shake was fantastic! The burger was nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. The fries were cold and bland. I can truly say I will not be a frequent In N Out fan. Sorry

In and Out. The first time I came here I was blown away with their fries, burgers and their quick hands in getting your order made. I recommend In and Out to anyone who wants to get a delicious burger with their family or solo!

So I’ve been to In and Out burger before but in California. I don’t know why but I didn’t like the food in Cali. However, the In and Outs in Texas were to die for! Cashiers were very friendly, venue was and smelled clean. Now the best part, the burgers!!! They were so amazing! So simple but so tasty! Bread was lightly crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Definitely recommend to go there!

Fresh tasting food, friendly staff and really clean. In & Out is one of the few places where you actually see staff cleaning the tables and condiment area.

Staff are some of the nicest and met helpful fast food workers I’ve ever come across. Never been inside, always drive through. Fast, but drive through access has a weird turn you are only supposed to come from one side — one nearest Preston. Animal style everything :)

When family is in town, we always make a stop here. It’s not the best burger joint in town, but the service and the food is always top notch. From the burgers, fries and shakes, it was always good. We also enjoy the patio area. If your looking for a non chain burger spot, see my review on Kenny’s Burger Joint. In and Out is one of the better fast food burger spots and worth a stop now and then.

We had the double double cheeseburgers with fries. The burger was really good, but the fries were nothing special. Make sure you eat in the joint for the best taste. My wife says if you drive thru and eat the food at home the experience is not as good. The milkshakes we had were tasty; I had the strawberry, and my wife had chocolate. Would I come here again? If I’m close by, sure, but would not make a special trip.

In and Out seems to always have great customer service and this location is no exception. Very friendly greeting that seems genuine and always get my order right. I like that they have such a simple menu. They also have a secret menu(simply google«in and out secret menu») for those who want more. This is my go to place for a quick burger. Good tasting burger for fast food and the fries are similar to McDonald’s which is good in my book. The shakes are decent as well. I like strawberry.

Delicious burger, but the wait took over ten minutes after I ordered the burger. My order was one double, double. I saw multiple orders placed after mine coming out before mine.

In-N-Out is hands down the best fast-food burger out there. I grew up with it, went away and tried different burgers in different states, and I can still stand by In-N-Out. I lived in New York this past year, and I say that Shake Shack’s got nothing on them(although Shake Shack is good too).

So good oh how I crave an In-N-Out burger. They had them in California but I never liked them. For some reason it tastes so good from here.

Finally got around to reviewing In-N-Out Frisco. Great chain that invaded Texas a few years back, and it is a very good substitute for your typical fast-food burgers. In-N-Out is known for their«fresh» patties. You can taste the difference between an in-n-out burger and others for sure, but honestly not too much. I think the quality of burgers here is above on par with Whataburger, but the buns are slightly less soggy. A typical hamburger is about 2.3 dollars, which is REALLY cheap. However, you can order things off the«secret menu», which is pretty much a menu where you say«X by Y», where X = number of patties you want, and Y = slices of cheese you want. Pretty cool system. Another thing to note is the«animal style» fries/burger, which is pretty much an option where they soak your dish in a crap ton of cheese and onions. This option is significantly more expensive(like double the price), although they are pretty delicious(until you realize that you are eating pure fat) In all, In-N-Out is a cheap and fast burger joint. Recommend the burgers and stuff off the«secret menu», but don’t think the price for«animal style» is that justified :/

First time around, I loved it. Second visit, gotta try animal style. While animal burger was good, and messy, not a big fan of the animal fries. I’ll stick with double –double and be happy. Place was very clean and staff friendly and quick.

I’m just gonna go ahead and 5-star all In N’ Outs because face it, left coasters, appreciate what you all have out there. The double doubles, fresh cut fries, spicy, yet, tangy peppers, milkshakes. .be grateful for what you have while those of us out east salivate vicariously through your Unilocal pics and can only dream of the day when we get to sink our teeth into a glorious taste of heaven once more.
