Established in 2002.

We’re Kate and Rob, owners of Golden Services, Inc. As busy parents and full time professionals, we needed help keeping up with our house maintenance. But finding a reliable service proved to be a challenge. So we decided to start our own.

Our background was in technology and customer service, so that’s where we focused on making Golden Services different from our competitors. That’s why we created a website that lets you chat with us directly on-​line. And why we strive to answer the phone every time it rings. And why we list our prices on the website and let you book your services online. Our goal is to make doing business with Golden Services as easy as possible, while also providing a great house, carpet and window cleaning (and now lawn care!) experience.

One of the reasons we started Golden Services was because we felt like our high-​tech experience could really make a difference in the low-​tech residential services industry. We have used many different maintenance companies over the years and never found one that consistently delivered the quality of service we expected. So, in addition to the use of technology, we really focus on quality. We make sure our workers get the best equipment, supplies and training possible so that they can give you the level of service you want and deserve.
