I’ve had two phone screens repaired here in the last 6 months — iPhone 5 and Galaxy S4. The cost was reasonable and both were ready the same day. There were no issues and the phone worked like new again. I would highly recommend this business to repair your phone screen.

Honesty. Counts for everything in business. Brought in an iPhone 5 with damaged screen. I get a call about 30 min later informing me that all i needed was a new screen protector and not new glass. They could have charged me the $ 126 to replace the screen and i wouldn’t have known any better. Instead i only needed a $ 20 screen protector.

I took my iPhone to get the screen repaired. They fixed the screen with no issues at all. They did what other repair shops couldn’t do and fix my iPhone to fully function at 100 percent.
I was in and out in about an hour. Very fast service.
This is my repair shop from now on.

I had a phone screen replaced and have had no problems. Two other times I visited the store with what ended up being user error and the front desk/​techs were happy to help me out free of charge.

To preface, I almost never leave negative reviews, I am all about giving a business the benefit of the doubt, so to speak, however, they’ve had AMPLE opportunity to correct this situation and have failed miserably, therefore, I feel that I must warn others!
I’ve been to this location a few times and had a few repairs done, if not for the customer service, I would leave more stars because the repairs were done well except for the last repair. Each time I had a repair I was pleased up until my final visit, which you can be assured will be my final visit! I had my screen replaced on the final visit, as usual I was pleased with the screen replacement, (if not a tad overpriced). Until I got home and realized my camera did not work! I returned to the store where the repair tech was very defensive and borderline hostile, insisting he checked the camera function after the repair and it could only be my fault the camera no longer worked. I spoke with the manager to no avail, so I called corporate in Ohio and spoke with a girl there who assured me she would get to the bottom of the situation. She never returned my call so after 2 days, I called headquarters again, she wasn’t in office, was informed she would call me back when she returned, never called me back. I called again 3 days after that, was informed that she was busy and would return my call later that day. never heard from her. this has gone on for several weeks now, my camera is still broken. I feel I gave this store ample opportunity to make this right, they have failed at every turn, they have been very condescending throughout the entire process, thus I would recommend you steer clear of this business!!!

No sir, you are lying to cover for yourself. I called in and spoke with YOU the very next day to inform them my camera did not work, informed you I would be back in to your store when I got back into town. Recall that conversation? Of the almost 400 $ I’ve spent at your store NOT ONCE has a technician come out and ran through all the functions so there is another lie. The other glaring fact that still remains is that neither you NOR a corporate manager ever got back into contact with me, did you??? My review stands, poor customer service then lies to cover instead of addressing the issue with the customer directly, you’d rather lie on Unilocal.Despicable.

Huge thank you to these guys. My iPhone 6 had an audio jack broken inside it. So, my phone only worked on speaker. They fixed it in 2 seconds and didn’t charge me. They have definitely earned my future business!

CPR does a great job fixing phones and they are quite fast about it. The folks working here are true experts at what they do.
I have a bunch of phones — more than the average family does, and I consider myself quite experienced with CPR considering I’ve had something like 6 screens replaced here, and I’ve had only one issue which was covered under warranty with no hassle.
I have never compared pricing for phone repair services but I have for retail items they sell. My advice is to buy the retail products from amazon since they are typically 50% cheaper. I stick with CPR for services though since they have definitely earned my business.

So, I first submitted my review on their website. I did not see it getting posted. So, I am suspecting that these folks only want good feedback.
My daughter drops her iPhone 5C and shatters the screen. We take it to CPR, and they promptly fix the phone. I would have given them 5 stars if we did not have any further issues.
The very next day, within 24 hours, the screen cracks. Daughter who was petrified with the cracked screen the day before is how horrified. She kept it in her backpack all day; She has kept in the same spot for over 18 months. We take it to CPR and show them the crack. The owner offered only 10% of a new replacement. He does not want to accept issues with the quality of glass or installation. He can’t vouch for the quality of glass; mentions there are only 3 suppliers out of China. Being an engineer, I can see the crack is not because of a drop, but more because of stress — either incorrect installation or quality. If our situation concluded here, I would have given 2.5 stars. However, I was not prepared for the next punch from the owner.
He mentions that I should have read the fine print. I asked him how many times he has read the fine print, he says — «always. «I knew I was not dealing with a reasonable individual.

I got my daughter’s phone fixed there and it broke a month later. She barely tapped it when she was in the car and it shattered. She pulled up the website and it said it has full warranty for 6 months. When I went there, they said that the warranty doesn’t cover breakage. It only covers «manufacturing defects». This felt like a manufacturing defect. They did not stand by their work at all. They also said that they will give 10% off but I will not spend another dime there because of their poor quality. Do not go there.

I was finally tired of looking at a cracked screen so I did a quick Unilocal search and came across CPR. The store itself is super easy to find and the folks working inside were ultra friendly and helpful. The store is a decent size offering all sorts of products for purchase including some cool «old» forms of communcation and toys for display. My iPhone 5 screen needed to be replaced and they told me it would take about an hour and half to fix and it would be around $ 100. Sounded good to me. I left it with the nice people of CPR and received a call about 45 minutes later telling me it was ready.
The price was as promised and the screen looked perfect. They also offer a warranty in the event something goes wrong after you leave — I totally appreciated that they back up their work! If you are in the market for a phone repair, definitely check out this place… the professional staff, quick service and reasonable pricing will make you glad you did.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. They have always gotten the phone back to us within a few hours. They stand by their warranty without any hassles. Square Trade Insurance referred us to this repair shop. It’s great to have a reputable place to get our cell phones repaired right in Little Elm! It was a little hard to find at first since the address for the shopping center is on Eldorado but the shop faces 423.

Great customer service! Tifannie was the best! My phone was heavily damaged by water, but they were able to fix my iPhone 5 for only 70 bucks! They WILL not disappoint. Plus, they sell phones as well just in case they are unable to fix your device! Check it out! ;)

Paid ~$ 150 for an iPhone screen replacement. The screen repair was faulty requiring re-​gluing on 3 occasions. (over a 90-​day period) On the third occasion the screen came out of the case and was damaged. Returned to the store expecting to cover the cost of the screen, but was offered a full cost repair. Pointed out the lifetime warranty and the owner pointed out the screen damage. After a lovely dissertation by the owner on «why people should not attempt their own repairs,» I figured any effort to establish the damage was a result of CPR’s faulty repairs, was futile. As much as I enjoy being lectured to in a condescending tone when paying for a service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place rocks! We took my husband’s cell there to get fixed as the screen was cracked and he could not use the phone. They were quick and efficient in fixing the glass while he waited. They also told us which charger to use to fix and recharge our IPad which would not power up with a normal charger for some reason. This worked! The Apple store wanted us to pay for iPad repair which was over 200.00 and didn’t even give us any options on what to do about the IPad and all it took was a different charger and BAM– fixed! Thanks CPR!

Just returned from picking up my BB 9700, which is now more damaged than when I left it!
Took it in today for a trackpad repair. Was called 2 hrs later and was told the trackpad was unrepairable and to come pickup my phone.
When the cashier handed it to me, I noticed the frame bezel was now broken and loose, and that a large chunk of the keypad was missing.
The tech, «Jacob», apparently broke the bezel frame’s tabs when opening the phone. He also lost a large chunk of the keyboard bezel under his bench, which he eventually found and slapped back in.
The clerk, and the owner, «Zee», said, «Hey, these things happen. Wanna buy this 9300 we have?»
Totally inexcusable. Avoid.

I dropped my Samsung Note in swimming pool and saw it go down at the bottom of the pool in dismay. I took it to AT&T store they gave me the expected bad news that my Note is not recoverable! Later next day I took it to CPR with no hope of getting it to work, the CPR guys told me they will give it a shot. I was holding my breath and within 20 minutes their tech guy gave me the great news that they will be able to fix it and phone will be ready tomorrow after they run diagnostics. These guys saved me the headache of buying a new phone and pain of loosing all my data and photos.
