I received the Sugar and Spice package groupon voucher as a birthday/Mother’s Day gift from my husband. I waited a few weeks to call and make an appointment and had to book about six weeks in advance. I think a lot of that had to do with their weekends being booked and since I’m a teacher, I couldn’t schedule an appointment for a weekday until summer break. I got there about five minutes early and I was warmly welcomed the second I walked in. She(Karen I think) even came around the counter to shake my hand. She led me to the waiting room and offered me cucumber or lemon water. I only waited a few minutes and didn’t even finish the questionnaire. My aesthetician introduced herself and led me to a room. She explained the body wrap to me, how it works, and made me feel very comfortable. After she did the body wrap, I laid down on the table and she explained the facial process since this was my first(yes, FIRST) facial ever. There were several different things she did and I loved the warm towels she used. She gave me hand massages and foot massages as well. After 50 minutes, she cut me out of the body wrap, explained to me different things I can do for my skin, and let me know Jerome would be in shortly for my massage. I decided not to do the hot stone because I really wanted to just be massaged the entire time so I opted for the Swedish massage. I can’t even put into words how phenomenal this massage was. He was very professional and courteous. I told Jerome I liked a lot of pressure and he didn’t hold back. He massaged muscles I didn’t even know I had and knew exactly what areas needed more attention. I would go back again just for a massage from him. Amazing. The entire experience at Glambo Lily was so relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience and I’ll be scheduling another appointment as soon as I can!

I am so disappointed in this establishment and really wanted to like it. I bought a discount package for myself that included 3 services(not a groupon) and called for an appointment today. They quickly told me it would be late June and most likely July before they could honor it. I hung up and called back 2 hours later asking if they could do the same services individually and low and behold, they have openings for«full priced» services. Don’t get scammed like I did! I will tell everyone I know to beware.

I bought a groupon last year, and after my massage they offered me the same service at the same reduced price, so I re-scheduled. That happened twice. All spa treatments I had(massage and facials) were okay. Not bad, not great, average at best. Saturday when I arrived they tried to sell me ‘add-ons’ which I said no to, as I usually do. When I got in the room with my masseuse, Jerum, told me my package included oxygen. I thought that wounded weird and refused it, and he then showed me the add-on menu. In my mind I could choose something from the menu instead of the oxygen. I WASSOWRONG. It’s totally my fault for not asking questions. In the end, I paid an extra $ 39 for aromatherapy lotions, which I consider a huge rip off. There are so many other nice spas which don’t try to constantly upsell you. I won’t return.

As most as the other reviews I as well had a groupon. It was very difficult trying to get an appointment. You have to leave a message and someone will call you back. Which is crazy because when I went for my appointment there were two ladies at the desk. Speaking of the appointment… I was called the day of the appointment to cancel my massage but I was still ok to get my facial and wrap. I have to travel an hour to get there so now I’m going to have to travel another hour to get my massage. In which I told them that but they just told me there was nothing they could do. How about offer an incentive to make sure it’s worth another drive there. I will never be back!

I have to agree, this place is FANTASTIC! I went in for a massage, facial and wrap. Each pamper session was great. The atmosphere was nice and the facility was clean. Not to mention, the staff was exceptionally professional. I will return for future pampering services.

This place is FANTASTIC! I am notorious for Groupon jumping for massage deals, and rarely feel the need to return to a specific place for regular price. I originally purchased a Groupon for massage, facial, and wrap this summer. The facial was absolutely fantastic, the massage at that time was Blah. I hold quite a bit of tension in my shoulders and upper back, so it really requires a highly skilled masseuse to make a dent. Unfortunately, that day the masseuse was not all that invested. When checking out, they told me I could purchase the deal again… I decided since the facial was so good and the deal was rather good I would. I requested a different masseuse. I did my second visit earlier this month for my birthday and it was WONDERFUL. The masseuse this time definitely did her best! I was told the other masseuse no longer works there, so I am confident in referring them for your spa day experience. It was so good… I bought packages as gifts for my sister and aunts… and of course another for myself! P. S. Just FYI, I live in Dallas near the Galleria, so yes they are that good that I make the drive to Frisco!

I have been here twice to take advantage of their Groupon specials and I can’t recommend it enough! Camille is my favorite masseuse there, her hands are magical! If you like heavy hands and someone that is in tune with your muscles & what it needs, she is your gal. Seriously, do yourself a favor and book a massage or facial with her asap! You won’t regret it!

Have to be the worst spa experience I have ever had!!! First of all… the Spa was not a nice spa atmosphere where you relax and feel comfortable. The spa felt like a cattle call. They rush you in, throw you on a table to massage you, and out you go. I think this place is terrible. I have had several friends share the same experience that I did and say they will never go back. So… Don’t waste your time or energy going there.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Went and had facial, body wrap, and massage. I bought two more before I left. Loved it, can’t say enough great things about them! Two hours of wonderful! Staff was very nice and I never felt rushed.

Literally the best massage and facial I have ever had!!! This is the second time I’ve been here and the atmosphere and service is absolutely the best from the second you walk in until the second you walk. It is truly an escape from the real world. Rhonda did my massage today –no exaggeration– it was the best massage I have ever had(and I’ve had more than my fair share). Jennifer did my facial– again– perfection! I will also mention the value for the packages they offer is unbelievable. Just one thing… Just because you get a deal on the service doesn’t mean you should be stingy with the tip! I’m sure if you measure the way you feel before you walk out you will agree they deserve a big fat tip!

I too used a groupon to visit this spa. I feel it was a great deal but I would never pay the regular price for the service. However they are located next to Million dollar homes so maybe some of the more immediate locals do not blink at the normal costs. I enjoyed my Body Wrap, Facial and Hot Stone Massage. The employee’s where delightful and very nice. I usually don’t talk during these things but they had me chatting away. Maybe I should apologize to them for being so forth coming. Upon leaving I was able to purchase another discounted package that I wanted to use for my husband. However he wants us to go it together. I didn’t want to pay the money again so I found another groupon and lucky me, had 20% off that day. So we will be going back for sure, at the discounted rates. I found the atmosphere very relaxing and they are close to my home, so the drive was no problem for me. I highly recommend them but look online for their prices before going.

Not bad for the groupon price, but save yourself the time and money of the full cost of their services. I also had the package deal(facial/wrap/stone massage). The environment is very clean and the cucumber water was delightful. I didn’t get to complete the paperwork, which I was told they would complete with me in the room, but never did. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial… by far the best part. However, the wrap was completely useless and the massage less than mediocre! Way too much time was wasted in the wrapping/unwrapping, moving back and forth to get different things including changing out the hot stones. More time was spent on all this than the actual massage, which was disappointing. No rhyme or reason to the massage either, just brief sporadic rubbing here and there. Maybe it was just my therapist, but would not go back for a massage. None of the services, in my opinion, are anywhere near worth the prices they list!

I received the groupon as a gift for Christmas(body wrap, facial, hot stone massage). I finally got around to using it today so I thought I’d post a review with my thoughts. The receptionists are inviting and friendly and show you to the waiting area where you can fill out your paperwork. Arrive 10 mins early so you have time. While you wait they also offer you a lemon or cucumber-infused water. The services: Body wrap– I had never had one of these before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But you stand in a room, stripped down to your undergarments, while your esthetician exfoliates your arms, legs, back, and body. All the while she is explaining the benefits and how you can take care of your skin in the future. She asked questions and really tailored her advice to my skin type. She then lathered me in a moisturizer and explained all the ingredients. Then she wrapped me up in plastic wrap and helped me lie down for the facial. Afterward my skin was really soft and moisturized. Facial– they simultaneously do the wrap and facial at the same time. I was nervous about the facial– I have had an allergic reaction to a facial before and I also have very sensitive skin. She assured me that their facial is used with fruits, vegetables, and herbs– everything is all natural and good for skin like mine. The experience was great– my face feels awesome and NO allergic reaction. Hot stone massage: my massage therapist had very strong hands(which I love!) and did a great job. Needless to say I was relaxed and on the verge of sleep afterward… Overall I would recommend you try this place. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I think their prices(outside of the groupon) are too high. I would like to be able to go more often but unfortunately their regular prices are out of my budget.
