Love this place! My husband and I are looking to sell our house soon, and it needed new flooring top to bottom but for cheap to keep within our remodel budget. I shopped around online via Unilocal,Home Depot, Lowes and another local discount company before deciding on Valley Remnants and Rolls, and I’m very glad I did! The gentleman helping us, Ed I believe was his name, was very professional and good natured and honestly is the primary reason we chose them, aside from the great pricing. I let them know what we were looking for, made an appt and they came out the next day to measure sq footage etc. I got my pricing immediately while he was still at the house, was able to select the flooring the next day and had them installing it within 2 – 3 biz days(all of this was during busy Xmas season meanwhile the other flooring places I checked out could NOT have gotten the job done in under a month!) Admittedly they are a bit old school, but I’m from an old school family business so it totally put me at ease. Everything seems to be on paper still, no fancy gadgets or showy floor room; but who needs it?! I needed cheap but good flooring, with good customer service and quick turnaround time and that’s exactly what we got :) We had no trouble picking a $ 0.99/ft wood vinyl that was gorgeous, and even with installation(kitchen, dining, entryway, 2 bathrooms & laundryroom) it was half the cost of other quotes we had gotten. The installation guys were top notch as well, all business and fast. They showed up on time(to the minute!) and got down to brass tacks immediately and worked straight through with no breaks or idleness as far as I could tell. They were able to complete the whole project in a day and a half, where they had originally estimated a 2 – 3 day install time. Everything looks great, it it a HUGE change for the house, and at a bargain we couldn’t be happier. We’ll be using them again in the next month or so to replace all the carpeting next! Already sent my mother(the harshest critic of all LOL) and she is purchasing flooring from them as well. BONUS: installation included moving all big appliances for us, no extra charge! Hubby and I were concerned how we were going to move around the fridge, washer/dryer and toilets but they took care of it with ease.

We are prepping our house to sell. Carpet in 3 bedrooms needed replacing first. About 80 yards total. I made contact with several local carpeting sellers with mixed results: 1. One never called me back? Whatever… Your loss. 2. Went to another store. They were too casual to take them seriously. They let me walk without even trying to come out to measure or give me a bid. Gave me a rough number of about $ 2,100+/_. 3. Another one was having a 50÷50÷50 sale. They came, measured, discussed our needs and gave us what I thought was a decent price with their sale discounts about $ 2,400. Included furniture moving, clean up and hauling the old carpet. Unfortunately their sale was ending before we were ready to buy. He was going to call me back in a month or so to follow up. Never heard from them again? 4. I stopped by Valley Remnants & Rolls(VR&R) and Ed came out to help me. I told him of our needs and timeline. He showed me 3 good mid-grade choices that would look good for a home sale but without a premium cost. Ed gave me 3 samples to show my family. He gave me a rough quote of about $ 1,800 and said to let him know when he could come out an measure for an actual quote. I called and set up an appointment to do the measuring. Ed came on time and did his thing. Then he worked up a quote. $ 1,725 total! Included install, medium grade pad, furniture moving, clean up and hauling of the old stuff. I said let’s go and we set up the install date about a week out. He thanked me for my business and left. I think Ed thanked me at least 4 times for chosing VR&R over the course of this project. They get it! Install day comes. The VR&R install crew shows up on time with 4 guys. A little over 3 hours later and the job is complete, furniture is moved back in and the mess is gone! Carpet looks awesome, furniture is right where we had it before. They even asked me to check to make sure it was right. I don’t know what they could have done to make my experience any better. 5 plus stars and all my future business. Spread the word! Thanks Ed!

Recently, we completed a kitchen a bathroom remodel, and I cannot think of one thing that irritated me about this part of the chaos. Steve was knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. They have a large selection, are reasonably priced, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it for the amount they said it would cost. Installer was very experienced and did a stellar job.
