A-1 Perfect Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning

So I purchased a used sofa from the 60’s on Craigslist and I needed it cleaned asap since I don’t have a garage to store it in. My jobs only allow me a very small time frame to have someone come and clean my sofa, let alone, they were quoting me $ 70+ for the service and trying to schedule about 4 days out. Quite frankly, I didn’t want to take the chance of having something full of germies that long in my living room so I gave this guy a call after reading some reviews and he was able to make it out within 20 minutes of my phone call. I was a bit unsettled when I first spoke with him over the phone for a subtle language barrier but upon showing up, he introduced himself and got to work quite promptly. He gave me a good deal considering my sofa is longer than average and he was in and out within about 30 minutes. He even let me see the dirty water after I inquired, haha, it reassured me of his work. Definitely give this guy a call. :)

I just called this company for a quote based on the reviews posted on Unilocal.What a disappointment! The lady that answered was extremely rude and acted like it was a major inconvenience to give me a quote over the phone. I heard her loud sigh when I asked her for a quote, then she gave me the pricing and tried to rush me off the phone. I can’t imagine how bad the customer service would be in person if it was this bad over the phone…

Very reasonable price, very good work, very efficient. Even though it was winter when we had the carpets cleaned, they were dry by the end of the day. Appreciated the stain guard used after the cleaning.

I’ve used Perfect Carpet Cleaning for four years, and I can’t say enough about Jimmy, the owner, and the excellent work he does. (Jimmy’s kinda a one-​man show. He does all the work as well as books his own appointments.) He’s prompt, thorough, and his prices are extraordinarily reasonable.
Before I replaced the carpeting in my home with hardwood and tile, he’d do the carpets. When he was done, my home was felt much fresher and the carpets looked nearly new again. I still used Perfect Carpet twice or thrice a year to clean the upholstery and carpet in my car, and when he’s done the inside looks nearly like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot.
I’ve recommended Perfect Carpet to three friends over the years, and they’ve all been extremely pleased with Jimmy’s work. My partner has a rental property, and Jimmy cleans the carpeting there between tenants, and the partner recommends Jimmy to his tenants if they want to have the carpets cleaned while they’re renting from him.
If you have carpets in your life, you need Jimmy. You really do.
